Ordered delivery. Have always had a good experience before.
Greeted to an online store that doesn’t let me add any extra sauce to my order anymore. This sounds minor but previous extra sauce was 50-60 cents for delivery,
asking for extra sauce is free in person, and now delivery just doesn’t get extra sauce?
Upon delivery I got multiple chunks of inedible gristle in both of my two orders. I get it for one order maybe, but two? I ordered an hour and a half before close.
Atmosphere is that I got to eat in my own apartment.

Sarku has been around since ’87 and I’ve been frequenting this restaurant since the early 90s. It’s always had delicious food whether you order the retirement teriyaki chicken or the beef (with extra sauce) and generous portions. The food court it’s situated in has plenty of room and isn’t too noisy usually. Good place to grab a bite to eat quick and relax.

This is the best mall food you can get. The cost is low and the amount of food you get is crazy. I can share this with my daughter and sometimes two of my daughters since and all be full. The customer service is excellent too!

This place used to have good quality fast food stir fry quality. It’s been a long time since I’ve gotten it and I’ve always liked it. Today I don’t think I can go back. I did get a couple bites in and noticed the steamed vegetables tasted bad, but I was there for the chicken. Later on I turned the vegetables over and saw the vegetables had cooked mold mixed in. Notice the blue cooked into the veg?

Showed up in a snow storm. Got there at 7:45pm and they said they were closed . Website said closed at 8pm. Wow. Really nice. Super disappointed because I really liked the food but never again.

Sarku Japan is fantastic. I’ve been to the East Towne and West Towne mall locations and both have great deals. I love the $9.99 chicken terriaki. It’s made fresh to-order and tastes amazing.
