The food served at Sarku Japan in the Coral Ridge Mall is always hot, fresh, and delicious. In my opinion, the serving size is generous. My daughter and I often just add the extra chicken option and share a single teriyaki chicken meal between us. Their prices are certainly higher than they used to be, but so is every other restaurant in the mall and everywhere else. In my opinion, their prices are fair given the quality and quantity of food that they provide.

DOUBLE THE PRICE. HALF THE CHICKEN!
Granted, I have been here in over 5 years, but it was 6.99 for the chicken teriyaki and like 1.50 for double meat. Now it’s 11.99 and 2.29 for extra meat. The last time I was here they guy couldn’t close the lid because of how full it was with chicken. I would be surprised if I got half the chicken this time, then I did last time. it still tastes amazing but it’s half the freaking meat man.

I’ve tried both the chicken and beef teriyaki now. I have NO idea what’s going on, but there is absolutely NO FLAVOR! Really tender food, rice was good (I got white rice), but PLEASE work on adding flavor, or at least add salt. I didn’t even taste the teriyaki sauce. Even the dumplings were bland. I had to use the sweet and sour sauce to give it some flavor.

I love Sarku! Today I ordered online and missed a step or two and thought I had finished ordering when in reality I had not. The gentlemen behind the counter were super friendly while I tried to figure it out. My food is always very tasty. The only reason I gave it a four today was because there were a couple of spots that were a little cool instead of hot. Overall a five. I also ate it at a mall so the atmosphere is not the greatest, but the Sarku staff are great!

Their food is great…no complaints there…but this is not the first time I have ordered (the same thing) from there and they leave out part of the order. I have the receipt indicating an order of the dumplings but they forgot to include them in the order, again. I was sick and didn’t want to risk spreading anything so I ordered for door dash and everything went smoothly and food was great, other than the fact they forgot the dumpling again…we just wanted some dumplings

Very limited menu, and I have heard from quite a lot of people that they felt unwell after eating there (including myself several times). It does taste good, though. The mall atmosphere and service is not for me – I find it stressful ti eat in that environment.
