Just went, didn’t get any veggies that I paid for since I got a teriyaki combo, and one of the cooks literally stuck his finger in his mouth to get something out his teeth right in front of me and did not wash his hands. He was cooking the veggies so I’m actually glad I didn’t get any. Disgusting

Their sauce is fantastic. I get chicken fried rice every time, with noodles or fried rice and no veggies. Chicken teriyaki is $6.49, fried rice or noodles $0.50, and extra chicken is $1.69.

Too expensive. Charged extra $4 to make it half noodle and rice. Paid over $14 dollars for the teriyaki chicken.
Update : Went back to this place on 01/04/2023. Ordered double meat and got very less meat and very little rice. Added the picture.

I always have a wonderful time when visiting sarku. They’re fast and straight to the point. You order and receive just that. I’ve gone a few times and haven’t had any issues. I always get great portions and it’s for a good price. I will be coming back again for more ⭐

I ordered 3 chicken teriyaki meals 1 with extra vegetables and extra shrimp, 1 with chicken and shrimp only and 1 only chicken. The one with extra shrimp the people couldn’t even be bothered to put the chicken in the meal. Smdh then when you call them they don’t answer the phone at all worst place I’ve ever been but they sure did get their money

Please don’t close. Fried Rice chicken teriyaki is my favorite food. I love all of the cooks here! So kind and nice! Fast and efficient! They deserve so much kindness and tips back as well! Don’t close like North Olmsted I will drive extra everytime just to see you guys!
