Ordered chicken and shrimp lite on the fried rice. Gave me white I explained I asked for fried just not so much. Probably honestly miss heard me but then argued with me and then purposely gave me less meat.

The chicken and vegetables were good. But the Rice, was absolutely terrible. It’s usually a favorite and I eat here a lot. But the rice this time was clumpy and mushy and tasted awful. Couldn’t eat it and makes the plate not even worth getting cuz the rice is most of the plate. Hope this gets fixed.

I’ve been eating their chicken teriyaki since I was a kid. 2 scoops of sauce is a must. They are still around and still tasty even though prices have gone up. I’m posting to add pictures of the menu because the ones I saw were not legible. I wanted to compare prices from Sarku’s app vs in person. After driving to the mall, I realized they are the same. This is my first time visiting Sarku Japan and proud to say my last. If I can rate Sarku Japan zero stars I would. While me and my husband was waiting, a customer says he always drive an hour and a half to come to this location and the food is very good and recommended I try the teriyaki chicken with extra sauce and extra meat with the white rice and veggies. Well I ordered just what he recommended. The meals looked very tasteful and oh boy were we wrong. My husband and I along with our taste buds and stomach was very disappointed. The food is very bland. I asked for extra teriyaki sauce and it still was not enough. The sauce was very liquidated and not tasteful. This is definitely a restaurant that is on our not to return to list!!!

This people say they open at 1100 it was 1117 i was still standing in front of the counter waiting for them to open. The worker telling me they are short staff. As a customer how is this my problem? If you can’t open at 1100 update your hours.

Horrible experience!!!! Rude employees and manager!! How about checking your camera for the interaction I had with them today! Just know if your order food online, you will get a smaller portion because of the container they use but you will still pay full price! (Yes I compared it) this is the first time I heard “you get this when you order online so don’t order online” I even asked them to put it in the normal Togo plate because I spent $43 and I wanted all my food and the cook said he wasn’t going to serve me because I was going back and forth with the manager (very unprofessional and need to be retrained on customer service) and the other two females. It was me against 4 of your employees because I wanted what I paid for and you argue with me? Yes I argued with them after they proceeded to try and gang up on me!! I asked for the corporate office number and the GM and I was refused!! If you don’t like your job, quit!! Do better and actually fix your website so people know that they will receive less food because they’re ordering online!!!! I still expect a callback that I requested when I called the 888 number!!
