Not even close to what it used to be. I drive all the way from Norcross to eat here whenever I get the urge because I always loved it in the past when I worked in the area. This was the last time I’ll do that. Service was subpar. Cashier was rude and seemed annoyed at having a customer, which I was the only one. Trash on the floor. Receipts and toothpicks on the counter. They weren’t busy at all, yet no one was out front greeting potential customers and giving away samples as they typically do. Rice was sticky. Eggrolls weren’t fresh. Looked like they’d been sitting under the light all day. Chicken that had already been cooked was just laying on the side of the grill waiting to be reheated. I’m used to the smiling men in the red hats and white jackets, waiting to throw fresh raw chicken on the grill as you order and then grilling it up right before your eyes. The cashier, who also happened to be the cook/reheater had the nerve to have an attitude and make annoyed facial expressions because I asked to taste a little piece of the chicken first to make sure it wasn’t old and cold! When I got home to eat, the food was nothing close to what it’s been. Never again will this location get my hard earned money. I guess I’ll just have to drive even farther to the Alpharetta location, should I get a craving for Sarku Japan ever again. .

Besides getting food poisoning from this place – the service is trash. It’s almost as if they don’t care whether customers spend their money with them. Many other places in Lenox to eat from.
If you get sick they tell you to reach out to customer service and then no follow ups are done afterwards.
No point in spending money with a business that doesn’t care about you.

Service was quick! Food is delicious for mall food. We had the bento box which included your choice of beef chicken or shrimp, steamed rice, veggies, fried dumplings, and 4 pc California roll. We will be back!

I used to come to this place a lot because the food is good and the cashiers are pretty professional however the man who runs the grill does not speak english and it seems they keep hiring peoplewho do not speak english and its difficult when trying to communicate a change or addition to my order. He just looked at me and pushed me my food when i was allergic to shrimp and didn’t care or even understand. just unprofessional.

This place is pretty good, this day I got double teriyaki chicken with fried rice and veggies. I wish they gave more rice but maybe I’m being extra. I just definitely remember them giving more. But either way the food is pretty good

I’ve been getting food from this location for years now. Usually it’s pretty good but lately they’ve been giving smaller and smaller portions. Less rice, less protein. While increasing prices.
Now, the extra protein is about what the regular portion was years ago. Before, extra protein would cover the rice and the container would need to be pressed down to close.
This is what “extra protein” looks like now. It’s a little disappointing. Not sure I’ll be coming back honestly.

Yes today I went to eat there I always do and get me the chicken and shrimp meal with 2 rolls and a drink they charge you extra for brown rice so if you don’t eat white rice you gotta pay I got 2 of the $11.99 meals when it was time for me to get a refill the Spanish cashier told me that with small cups you have to pay .54 cents which it’s ridiculous I just spend almost $27.00 and you want me to give you more money for a refill every since they got Spanish ppl working there it has never being the same they will charge you for everything plus the short manager he’s always cursing someone out. I will never ever go eat there again.
