I have been eating here for a year. The staff is ok , the food is ok, and the service is ok. I only wanted to give a rating of a 3.5 but I could not give a 3.5 so I gave you a four. I am allergic to chicken.. so when I place my order, I wanted to order the beef today. I noticed that the cook put a lot of raw chicken on the grill. On a Thu evening (Oct 2022), the mall was so empty. They had 3 employees staffed (seemed to be over staffed) with one employee just handing out at the front of the store wiping the counters. There were very few customers at the whole food court . I hope they get most business on weekends otherwise I don’t see how a business can survive with 3 staff and barely any customers. Current price for the Chicken Teriyaki special is at $8.69 (the box size was much smaller than years ago). Good food, quick service. Will return!

Food is ok. The cashier lady is rude to customers. She wants to rush to the next order and God forbid if you forget something or have to ask for water later. She made a snarky comment under her breath in Spanish and shook her head and laughed at me with the next customer. What’s wrong with asking water for the meal we paid for?

Well it did not seem quite as good as in the past. The sauce was clear and not as flavorful as previous visits. The veges and chicken seemed well cooked and tasty. Perhaps they will get the sauce thing sorted out. So a pretty decent visit. I am stuffed like a pig and got change back. With a soft drink it was under 9 bucks so a pretty decent deal.

We ordered teriyaki chicken , Veg spring roll and veggie delight for lunch . Food was fresh. Great place to eat at north point mall. teriyaki tasted good and had good portion . how ever veggie delight has small portion wouldn’t be sufficient for an adult . Bad service , not safe food ,etc there is a guy doing teriyaki chicken so direspectful I told him please can tou use gloves because he was with his phone and then serving the food with not safe care about my food , he told me ! get out of here ! Not even ok I’m going to use gloves nothing at all !! Darty place , towels that they clean the food surface darty !! Everything it was horrible experience !! But the worst in this experience his reaction so rude with my mom and darty place !! Don’t deserve not even 1 star !! Disgusting place !!
