The teriyaki chicken at his place is really really really good. Whenever I’m in lynnhaven Mall and it’s around dinner time I make sure to stop and get some of this food. The guys that worked there are hard working and they know how to cook.

I ordered a chicken teriyaki meal with a sprite. It came up $14. I questioned it, she ignored me. I paid and looked at the receipt. Asked why it was more, again ignored. Got my tray, asked where the spring rolls were, they said I didn’t get them and again ignored me further.
I paid MORE than advertised and didn’t even get what I ordered. And asked multiple times still to just not be helped. Left without the the rolls, whatever, but definitely will stick with other locations.
And I asked for the meal with a sprite. Never ever said I wanted to upgrade size or even mentioned a size at all. I even asked if I could do the smaller cup. So no, that wasn’t it

My son frequents Sakura when he goes to the mall with his friends. Today he ordered streak, was given chicken…went back to the counter to show them they gave him the wrong thing. They pushed him that it was in fact beef. It’s clearly chicken. He also mentioned the food quality went down. I don’t think he or I will be eating here anymore. Sucks because we use to love it. I don’t like that they weren’t willing to fix the mistake and just give him what he ordered.

Cashier was frustrated with my mom who speaks broken English, it wasn’t even busy we were the only people in line. We found a throwaway cabbage chunk and my 7 dollar chicken teriyaki roll was a waste of money. I might as well just ordered half a box of chicken teriyaki with white rice for 7 dollars and have more portions since they didn’t even bother putting avocado in the roll. Compared to my past experiences in this place I didn’t have that much of a problem until now, and the taste of the food is what made me write this review. Not worth 20-30 dollars

My travel buddy/boyfriend and I came to this mall with some friends and during our trip we all stopped to get some food at various restaurants in the food court and this is where I ended up going and the food was great, they gave me a pretty good portion of food which was awesome. The service was great as a whole. Will definitely come back again.

I haven’t been here in a while. I ordered my food, portion size was nice but the teriyaki sauce IS NOT teriyaki sauce! It’s a different flavor and it’s watery. Highly disappointed!

Surprising that they have decent beef bento box – reasonably priced at $11.95 considering how food prices everywhere have skyrocketed. Last Yelp review I saw was from 6 years ago and the price was at $9. Service was fast, the cashier, line cooks were efficient. The wasabi, fresh ginger and California rolls in the bento box were fresh. The fried dumplings were perfectly seasoned and browned (no burnt edges!). I got the noodles instead of white rice or fried rice. The noodles were too oily! Therefore the not perfect 5 star rating.

Beware the mixed vegetables and noodles are pathetic. Noodles okay, mixed vegetables, no way( a bunch of cabbage with this miniscule amount of broccoli pieces). And Chef one of chefs was rude. I looked an asked for a couple more pieces of broccoli. One was going to do it, then all of a sudden, other no no.

Great quality, affordable meals, and absolutely delicious! The portions are enormous, and the servers are always attentive, kind, and efficient. There’s consistently a line of customers waiting for their food, yet the staff manages to provide service within an acceptable wait time—like I said, efficient!
