One of my favorite comfort meals. I order from here often both via uber eats and stopping in to save $$$ on the delivery. It’s always fresh and really tasty. It’s a great spot to get food whether shopping in the mall or craving take out.

I ordered Chicken, with Chow Mein and Fried Rice,Everything was fine until i bit into the chicken and it looked like a literal tooth!! , Some of the chicken wasn’t fully cooked . Just a mess.

I got the Teriyaki chicken. The food was okay…. But the guaza was not even cooked on the spot. I can’t even bite into it because it was probably made this morning and just thrown in my food to make the bento at 7pm. Just madness.

Full 2.5 star rating for this place. “Sarku” is not a Japanese name or word … Just one more in a huge line of wannabe Japanese eateries out there. This one fits well with the mall that it’s in. Although it seemed safe when we were there, you’re looking at 2 to 3 stars all around. Food was hot and looked fine. Rice, which should be the most important element of a Japanese food, was very very bland. The operators of this establishment should watch and emulate “Jiro Dreams of Sushi”.

Just keep walking. I knew before even stepping away from the counter that I wouldn’t be coming back here. For one, the food was low quality. But really, and I don’t want to sound mean-spirited, but the staff simply does not speak proficient enough English to take or give customers’ orders.

When I ordered my shrimp and chicken teriyaki the person at the counter said one word to me: “Vegetables.” What does that mean? Do I want the vegetables that are clearly pictured with my order? Are you offering to substitute them for something else? Are there different kinds I can choose from? The guy in line behind me tried to order sushi, but they said “No sushi,” despite signs and a menu screen that are about 50% sushi items. Do we think a sign might have been helpful here to not waste peoples’ time if that’s what they planned to order? The wait for food was long, and when my order finally came, I knew it was wrong because there was zero shrimp in it, even though that was reflected on my receipt. I don’t like giving service workers a hard time, so I just cut my losses and took the food home. After all the waiting and aggravation, it was not very good at all.

A quick rant, which of no fault of the staff: the electronic menu here is the worst I have seen in my entire life. Every 8-10 seconds, sections of the menu WHICH I AM ACTIVELY TRYING TO READ disappear and play ads for the restaurant’s app, or for the food itself. Why on Earth are you advertising your food to me here? I’m already standing in line. And I have no interest whatsoever in your app.

This isn’t food, it’s a pathetic parody of food. I’ve never had worse rolls—and mind you, I used to live in Turkey!

I got chicken with fried rice. Everything was amazing. The food came out very quickly and everything tasted very fresh. The food court in this mall is insane though.
