Food I was served wasn’t good. I didn’t know it was that hard to cook miso soup. Legit the “miso soup” they served me tasted like hot water. At least my boyfriend liked his fried rice and egg roll though. He still had a complaint for the wait time and subtle off taste.
Took about 20 minutes for them to cook the food for it to be poor quality. Upon being served and leaving after eating I noticed the workers were still on the phones. For a restaurant to have ServSafe certification that seems highly problematic

We love Sarku Japan! It’s our go-to for meals. We always get the Bento box chicken teriyaki, regular chicken teriyaki with noodles, and Red Bull Sushi. They are delicious! I have the app and also gets discount or reward points from there! 🙂

I stopped here for dinner and the chicken teriyaki was very good. It is a generous portion and cooked just right. It came with fried rice and vegetables. I also ordered the dumplings, which were a bit over cooked but decent. I wouldn’t mind going back at all.

Today the girl at the counter threw the bag with my order at me, I had to catch it at the edge of the counter, after 28 minutes of waiting, only after I came to inquire if it will take more time. about 2/3 of soup was spilled in the bag, and the soup containers were soggy, which means it was in there for a long time. I am not likely to go there anymore, which is a pity, because I was going there for a long time and it wasn’t so bad before.

Great location. Plenty of parking service is quick quality is just like the mall locations. We’ve been receiving a lot of mail ads lately from them. Decided to give them a shot. Have to say my family and I are fans and have dined here over 3x the last 3 weeks. There is Panda Express next door, quick fire hibachi down the street and a couple of other Chinese spots. Not sure if this tops the list, but I feel for the price it’s reasonable

I have been coming to this spot for over 2 years the food is great I usually have a good experience but today the host or cashier I was not expecting for her to be so defensive towards a paying customer for just pointing out an advertisement the establishment is promoting but doing the opposite I don’t know if your having a bad day or something but do better.
