Got food here and ordered a diet coke, the girl working there said the diet coke was out of order, so I just asked for a lemonade instead. Got the food, it was fine, and took a sip of the lemonade and it had this gag-inducing moldy mildew taste to it that was nauseating. I went back and politely told her that the lemonade tasted very off with that mold taste, and asked if I could please just have a bottle of water instead. She immediately got pissed and said “Well that’s just how our lemonade tastes.” She proceeds to tell me I shouldn’t have ordered it if I didn’t like lemonade, and says she needs to watch me throw it out myself in the trash in the foodcourt before she’ll give me the water. I threw it in the trash and she says “Did you throw it out?! Cause I can’t take back the old one you know!”. I said “Yes I did exactly as you instructed me to do” and gives me this evil look and just stiff arms the bottle of water to me. No apology, no acknowledgement.
Horrible service and they clearly don’t ever clean their soda machines. Good thing there’s 50 other places to eat in the mall.

They’re fast and give great service and food is delicious I gave it a 3 only due to being located in the mall. Love the teriyaki chicken over fried rice with extra vegetables. Their chicken dumplings are good as well you can always get soba noodles instead of rice and that’s delicious too. I come here often when I don’t make dinner at home and the price is very reasonable. Large portions and hits the taste buds just right. They can be very busy but when it is, you still don’t wait long. Always a favorite go too when you just don’t want to cook and kids like it as well. Must try it if you haven’t. Spring rolls are awesome!

We got chicken teriyaki with extra chicken. The price went up a bit and the container has shrunk a bit. It’s still tasty. What I don’t like is the vegetables are no longer grilled but cooked in the back kitchen. Overall it’s still delicious. I like their sauce and I’ve asked for extra teriyaki sauce. The cooking seems hygienic as the chefs are wearing mouth mask. I’ll return.

Food always amazing, service too. my one gripe is that I always see the gentleman in the red chef-like hat going back and forth from seafood (shrimp) to the beef/chicken. It’s disgusting. I always see this, and no I do NOT want to reach out to your email. This gentleman has been making food at this location for at least a couple years, so you would expect basic food safety precautions. I don’t have an allergy to seafood, but you can really kill someone who does with practices like this.

Your typical Sarku. Food was as expected. Ordered the fried rice double chicken. At this location they charge extra for fried rice. Other location the fried rice does not have an additional charge. Considering Portion and taste, it was as expected. The chicken dumpling were unimpressive.

I use to love here I just got home after ordering the chicken with rice and asked for extra veggies like broccoli. Opened it and there is no chicken at all and the veggies are 90% cabbage. For awhile now they have been skipping on the chicken and the veggies but their chicken is tasty enough to return. I’m not sure if I will going forward I tried to call no answer not able to drive back.

I am not complaining about the food, just the amount. They used to give you much more chicken but now they cheap out. Give you hard time if you ask for little more. The one in Nashua mall much better!!!!!

I use to love Sakura. I use to go and split it with my kids. There was a lady next to me making hers the same time and it was all “vegetable” cabbage. A small amount of noodle and chicken. So the lady and myself both said wth is that?! They started yelling at us saying it’s how it always was. Bull! It use to be bigger white containers. They changed them to black smaller ones but filled it.. now they filled it with vegetables and threw a little chicken and noodles on top and it fills half the container. I said this is my last time here and the lady said good. Thats customer service. Awful. Save your $11 because it’s not worth even $5 2nd picture just to show you how small the container actually is

If you have a seafood allergy, DO NOT eat at the manchester location, Nashua has not once done this even on their busiest of days.
The food is great, always is. I’m a BIG seafood hater though, so it was very disgusting to me that my second time going to the manchester location they use the same spatulas they were using on my beef to flip shrimp. This isn’t going to do anything to me, I just find it gross, but this bad practice could genuinely land someone in the hospital. The issue too is that it can’t be blamed on lack of knowledge or inexperience, because it was the same two guys that constantly skimped out on the amount of rice they’d give you like 5 years ago
