I have unfortunately had consistently negative experiences at Saritas Chicken. While I must commend the quality of their ceviche, which I genuinely enjoy, the level of customer service leaves much to be desired.
The staff, particularly the ladies working there, have displayed an alarming degree of arrogance and indifference. Instead of providing quality service, they often seem more focused on their appearance rather than attending to customers’ needs. This negative attitude creates an uncomfortable atmosphere that overshadows the otherwise appealing food.
It’s disheartening that such a delightful dish like ceviche is overshadowed by an unsatisfactory service experience. I believe that all customers deserve the highest quality of customer service, and it’s crucial for the employees at Saritas Chicken to remember that their role is not just to serve food but to create a welcoming environment.
Until there is a notable improvement in service, I find it hard to recommend this establishment despite my affection for their food. A change in attitude among the staff could enhance the overall dining experience significantly.

Nothing special. They need a real chef. Or at least someone more aware of what the plates they are preparing should really be a like. The quality of meats are not the best. The preparation could be better and more thought out. Not bad, but… Hope they improve. Would like to try them again.

The service is very friendly but rough due to lack of experience and non English speaking staff. But for the price, the food is on point. I’ve had the chicken fried rice (their menu is not available in English either) plate there, and it was blaze. So good. I’ll definitely frequent this little gem nearby my work.
