Terrible taste, no flavor, no seasoning, too much salt, generic selections, bland flavor, they need to learn to cook, get new staff, th veggies are undercooked and hard, their rice is like hard dry mush, the chicken and steak looks good on the outside but on the inside is pink and barely cooked. The meat is so salty I couldn’t eat it. Their sandwich bread is so dry. Do not come here.

Sardis has been catering for us for our mission and I just wanted to thank them for keeping the army so well fed. It’s not very often we get such delicious food and various options! It’s truly delicious and you can tell they put time into making each dish yummy for everyone.

I have ordered from this specific Sardi’s twice via DoorDash. Both times, weeks apart, I have ordered the same meal. Bang bang chicken with rice and broccoli. Both times I have received RAW CHICKEN. I thought that the first time was maybe just a bad batch, until 10 minutes ago when I opened my order and began eating only to realize, it was raw again. At first I thought, maybe it was a cut of dark meat. Until I tore open each chunk on ALL 3 skewers and saw them all pink. This is absolutely ridiculous, I will never over this meal again!

Every single time I come to Sardi’s, Logan goes above and beyond. She delivers the best customer service, hands down. She’s personable, friendly, and always makes sure to check on us—without fail. There’s never been a time I’ve come in when she hasn’t made sure we’re taken care of.
I often order food for my entire crew/team, and she handles everything with care, professionalism, and a great attitude. Logan is a true example of what excellent customer service should be. She’s one of the main reasons we keep coming back!

Fresh food with healthy options . I stopped here with my sister after church and while there was a lot of foot traffic (pick up, door dash, and dine in orders) the staff was very efficient, polite, and helpful. My food was fresh and the servings provided a great value. The Brussels and carrots were seasoned so well (as were the green beans because I tried my sister’s) and my chicken was flavorful. Also enjoyed my empanada but wished it had its own sauce to accompany it. I was definitely please with my meal and will definitely return when I’m back on town!

Walked into this location (Dec 6, 2025 at approx. 8:30) with a positive attitude, but 2 young line members (1 male/1 female) at this location left a terrible impression. I politely greeted them upon arrival, only to be met with attitude. I did not feel welcomed as a customer due to their dismissive behavior. However, the cashier that serviced me during this shift was polite and professional. I felt inclined to leave this review because this is not the first time that I experienced poor customer service from this location from the younger staff. Please reevaluate the employees you’ve hired or implement more customer service training because they are bad for business.

I can see that this location cares about presentation and quality. Food area behind the bar was clean and the food was fresh. The food also seemed well cooked. The chicken was flavorful, moist and crispy too. All the workers had a great attitude. The eating area was cleaned. Definitely one of the better locations for Sardis

Great fast casual option. Food was plentiful, fresh, and tasty. Me and my husband split the half Peruvian chicken, green beans and mashed potatoes. All were excellent. We also had the tres leches dessert which was a little too soggy for my liking. Servers were friendly and knowledgeable about the food. I would highly recommend for a quick meal and would go again.
