Come and enjoy our bagels. Our family started the bagel business since 2013 and we made our bagel from scratch, baked fresh daily. They are chewy on the outside and soft on the inside. We also served espressos, iced coffee drinks , smoothies ( some makes with real fruits )and bobas tea as well. Besides bagels we’re also have bread, roll, croissants , gluten free bread , homemade soups and salads.

I’ve been pretty consistently disappointed with my experience here. The breakfast burrito is bomb and if I didn’t have to deal with poor customer service every time I come in, I’d continue getting it. The breakfast sandwiches are okay- not stellar. If they were in the $4- $5 range, their price would match their quality. The service is just terrible, however. I’ve had countless situations where the employee behind the counter is inept. Once even arguing with me when my total for a breakfast bagel, bag of chips, and slice of banana bread was $4…. Simple math tells me that’s incorrect. The employee insisted it was correct despite me pointing out the sandwich alone was more than that. Finally I relented and paid but felt concerned at the employees lack of common sense. Today, I was waiting in a line of 3 people. One in front of me, one behind. The person in front of me places their order then the employee starts asking the girl behind me to order. She, not knowing I was being skipped, placed her order and stepped in front of me. I had to say “Excuse me, can I order?” to the employee. At which point, the unknowing customer was extremely apologetic for cutting in front of me. The employee did not even address the fact that he had skipped over me and then ignored me. I was in no way frustrated at the other customer, she wouldn’t have known what was going on… If you want to pay $7.50 for an okay breakfast sandwich and have a bizarre customer service experience, this is your place. For me, I’ve given enough chances and I will not be back.

Good bagels and sandwiches, family of four ate and had some bubble tea, no complaints there. The customer service sucks big time. The guy who took our order was abrasive and moody. No smile, no personality, and seemed like customers were inconveniencing his time like he’d rather be playing COD, than getting paid to take orders

Such great bagels. We had an onion and asiago bagels. Not only were the bagels amazing, the cream cheese, and the service were excellent. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back.

Family of 6 went in, and we all got our food pretty fast. All of us were happy with our respective sandwiches and they were really filling. Loved the big menu

The former shop, Andy’s Deli, was a godsend fav place of all time. I arrived one day to find it suddenly gone and was devastated. When Sarah’s opened, I was slow to warm up to it. But the more I go there the better it gets. I’m not super excited about bagels the way the modern trend favors, but these people do a good job quickly with a good attitude. Oh, and the most endearing thing, one day a homeless guy walked in and asked if he could have something off the counter and they gave it to him. Praise be! I’m not saying this happens all the time and you should try it, but I like places that can be flexible and understanding and sympathetic, not have it be only about the bottom line. This is the kind of spirit that keeps places in business for a long time, certainly part of what keeps me going back.

Very large and cheesy sausage, egg and cheese bagel sandwich in the heart of downtown Boise. Well worth the stop!
