First time at Sarah’s Bagels downtown today. Had the strawberry banana smoothie and man… that thing was the bomb. Totally hit the spot this afternoon.
I usually go to the South Nampa spot and love it down there, so I had to check this one out. Same great food. Same good vibe.
Yep… I’ll be back.

EDIT: I’m editing this review since it came to my attention that the management let Jaden go via TEXT on New Year’s day. He received zero notice, and the only reason he received was that “they could no longer pay him.” It seems the management of Sarah’s Bagel Cafe in downtown Boise prefers hiring cheap labor over friendly and experienced professionals. What a way to treat your employees. 🙁
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I really enjoy the service here every time I come. The bagel tasted superb and was custom made by the *cutest* individual I’ve ever met. Jaden, if you read this, I can’t thank you enough for making my day. You’re the best! Thank you for making me laugh and for the tastiest treat ever!

I’m quickly becoming a regular here! The bagels are delicious, and service is quick. I’ve tried a few different orders now, and my favorite has been a sausage, egg, and cheese on a salt bagel with added herb cream cheese (little messy to eat, but super tasty regardless). Pricing is totally reasonable. Location is great in downtown Boise, just a few blocks away from my job.
The menu also offers coffee and smoothies. Plus, they hang up posters and fliers so you can see what’s going on around town. No complaints! Just what you want out of your morning bagel joint.

I really like this place. For a long time I would get the croissant sandwich with sausage egg and cheese. It was absolutely perfect. Now lately I’ve been getting an egg and cheese bagel. It is almost perfect. It could use a pinch of salt, but I still really like it- and it costs less than 5 dollars, so in a way it’s perfect.

Nothing special, but nothing bad about this place. BLT on a bagel and a Cuban grilled cheese were both fine, no complaints. Quick, easy service, and a fine stop for a fast work lunch if you are in the area.

One of my favorite bagel spots in Boise. So good I ended up going twice this weekend! Great fast service, amazing selection and one of the best bagel breakfast sandwiches hands down!

This is such a cute bagel Cafe with a wide variety of things to choose from on their menu. They offer coffee, Bobby, smoothies, tons of bagels, smears, and more. They are very reasonably priced and the food and coffee I had was delicious!

They were very slow in the morning. Now fast service at all. I came back later in the afternoon and was willing to wait. Yummy bagels, boba wasn’t 10/10 at this location

My favorite bagel shop chain in the Treasure Valley! Everything is homemade and made fresh daily, and you can really tell that it is. From coffee and bagels to pastries and boba, this place rocks!

The quality of food is just acceptable, nothing special. My most recent order I asked for the bagel to be buttered and was charged $2.51 which seems a little excessive. A dab of butter costs more than a bagel? Then I looked further and saw the cost to add butter to a bagel is 1 dollar. So they up-charged me 150% (see picture). This led me to read reviews and I wish I did this before I ordered as it appears the owner does not take feedback well and has responded disrespectfully on here. Just not a good look to argue with patrons in the reviews. Should have went with my gut and stuck to blue sky.
“We would like to inform you that there was an additional charge of $2.51 for your 11. Bacon Egg and Cheese based on the special instructions included in your order. Your new order total is $33.54.”
