Sapporo Revolving Sushi is easily one of my favorite sushi spots. It’s one of those places we keep going back to because it’s consistently good every time.
The revolving sushi setup makes it fun and easy to try a variety of rolls and small plates. Everything we’ve ordered has been fresh and well-prepared, and the consistency is what really stands out. You know what you’re getting, and it rarely disappoints.
One unexpected favorite is the crispy fried Brussels sprouts — they’re seriously addictive. Perfectly crispy on the outside, tender inside, and packed with flavor. It’s not something you’d normally expect to be a highlight at a sushi place, but they absolutely nail it.
Overall, we’re always satisfied with everything we get. Good quality, steady consistency, and a fun dining experience. Definitely one of our regular go-to sushi spots.

Went there with my family last weekend and it was my first time be there. The types of dishes was little bit limited. There were a few dishes we really liked but they were on revolving belt for only one round, and I thought they’re going to be more refilling but never happened. However, the overall service and atmosphere experience was pretty good! Could be a good place to go with family or close friends.

Sapporo is best known for its unique dining experience, where diners can select plates directly from a revolving conveyor belt. The ambiance is lively and fun, making it a great spot for sushi lovers. However, as a vegetarian or with vegan preferences, I found the options to be quite limited. we could only have edamame from the revolving selection, most of the vegetarian items, such as Brussels sprouts, sushi rolls, had to be ordered from the main menu. The taste was average-not particularly impressive, but not bad either. Overall, as vegetarians it was an average experience.

We come here every time we visit Vegas. The sushi quality is good and the prices are crazy good. They have an incredible variety that revolves from the kitchen past all the tables. Several dishes of each item with clearly-marked cards indicating what it is. There is an extensive menu for other things that get delivered by a robot trolley above the revolving sushi. One of the things we ordered from the menu was the soft shell crab. Beautiful presentation and absolutely delicious. The indie is nice, clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. Overall, it’s a great place for sushi.

I’m a Kura Revolving bar regular, so wasn’t sure what to expect. Can say for certain, if you’re in Vegas and in the mood for revolving sushi, CHOOSE THIS PLACE!!!
Pictures say a thousand words, everything that needs to be said. Sushi was very good quality, very fresh, and the rice to fish ratio was spot-on. I like not having to fight with containers the way you do at other revolving bars. The interactive order screen was much more intuitive than Kura also. Very easy to navigate.
Can not beat the price….$3.25 for nearly every item on the menu. Sushi choices were also incredibly unique, with cuts you normally only get at higher-end places. First time having peppered tuna, was amazing!
Service was amazing. Didn’t catch his name, but our server was on point, very attentive, and friendly.
Restaurant looked new. Very modern and SUPER clean.
Give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed.

From out of town and this is our first rotating sushi. It was great! The service was fast and friendly and the sushi was amazing-so many choices at very fair prices. Highly recommend!!!

I have to say this is one of our favorite sushi bars in Vegas. We have been here at least 3 times and will always come back! The employees are all very nice and attentive. The sushi is top-notch! They have amazing happy hour deals too! I can’t wait to come back!
