I’ve eaten here a couple of times now at the revolving sushi bar and the selection is fantastic! Love how all plates are the same price and there are a ton of different options.

Nice spot to go early in the evening. Not to busy you don’t feel rushed. Ordered the shrimp tempura $6.99 and Black garlic ramen $6.50. So delicious…two people spent $60 including tip.

The food was great, the service was great, and it was a nice experience with the robot bringing the dishes and all the options on the sushi belt. Greeted and seated right when we walked in. The server explained ordering and was attentive to refilling our waters. Prices were also very good. $2.99 for the grab your own dish off the belt. We ordered dishes and grabbed some items while we waited. By the time we were done, the restaurant was getting full. The sushi going around had constant turnover and options being put out, keeping it fresh. We enjoyed this place and recommend it to others.

I’ve been here a few times, and unfortunately, this last visit was the worst service I’ve ever gotten. The food is always good and consistent at all locations I’ve been to. Sushi is always good and fresh. The Ramen is equally as delcious. The pork belly is a NO. Don’t order it. The meat is extremely hard. See photo. I wasted my money.

I think my family and I have eaten here about 6 times now and I don’t foresee us stopping anytime soon. Aside from constantly trying new sushi restaurants around the valley, we seem to come back here often because of the food quality, exceptional service, and close proximity to our residence. My daughter loves salmon and eel and she enjoyed all the rolls and nigiri they served here with those items. I, on the other hand, love ahi tuna and don’t get into all those fancy shmancy sushi. For the tuna, I don’t ever recall getting a bad tasting . Typically, I just get the tuna nigiri, spicy tuna roll, and that special garlic tuna – I love them all. As mentioned earlier, the food quality and service overall was and continuously seems to be outstanding here – we never had a bad experience here. Note to customers: If you get the chance, order the pork bao bun…I think I could brush my teeth with that entree. Ok, maybe not that drastic but it was damn good!! Thanks, Sapporo for the continuous great food and service!!

Food is always delicious, but the service at the centennial Pkwy location is pretty bad most of the time. Highly recommend the Spring Mtn location.

They offer sushi belt and teppenyaki. They don’t tell you that when you walk in the self check in screen is only for the sushi side. The staff is not overly communicative or explanatory. The sushi was plentiful, great value and yummy. They have screens at the table that you self order with and the food is delivered by robot. Unfortunately they either forgot part of our order or had a serious delay because it took over 30 minutes to get katsu. We were basically almost done eating by the time it came. The hibachi side of things is large but understaffed. They had 3 tables going out of about 10. The bathroom was somewhat clean but not stocked. There was no toilet paper in one stall and no seat liners in the other. In general the restaurant was clean and the value for food and quality was great. I’m going to give them another shot and I’ll update my review.

Our first time here. Loved being able to try different types of sushi on the moving belt. Just take what looks good, all same price. of course you can order off menu too. We had fun playing with our chopsticks.

My husband and son took me here for my birthday. This is such a great place! you can grab what you want from the window, (The food is specifically labeled so there’s no mistaking getting the wrong one, and you can see through their clear plate covers) The portions are two to three pieces, so you can have a lot more. The food is delicious, and it was only $72 for three adults

Have been here for lunch and dinner. The sushi going around the room is alway exciting. The service is okay you use a iPad to order special items or desserts. The food is good nothing spectacular but if your hungry and around the area worth the stop. 4 stars.
