Sapporo is always packed, especially after 5:30 PM, so be prepared for a wait. The ambience is lively and moderately noisy, but you can still hold a conversation. Seating is limited around the revolving sushi conveyor, and if you miss a dish the first time around, you’ll have to wait for it to circle back.
The food is okay, but it doesn’t compare to freshly made-to-order sushi—the meats and rolls lack the same juicy, fresh flavor. You can order individual items from the menu, but those tend to be pricier. We mostly got the salmon rolls, tuna, mackerel and yellowtail.
Overall, it’s a fun experience and worth trying at least once, especially if you’re curious about conveyor-belt sushi. But if you’re watching your budget or prefer freshly made rolls, an all-you-can-eat sushi spot might give you better value and flavor.

Our friends recommended Sapporo for sushi. Dishes are on conveyor to choose your selections. Signs on conveyor gives you detail of the dishes. If you order from the menu your plate is conveyed to your table. We had a fun time. The choices were plentiful. The food was excellent. Customer service was awesome. The interior is neat clean organized and trendy. They have teppan yaki on the other side. They have a bar with bar seating. We will definitely return to try other dishes. Prices are reasonable.

My daughter recommended this restaurant and I’m so glad she did!
I have been craving sushi and I didn’t know where to go so luckily she suggested this location…
The ambience of this location in Centennial is very modern, sleek and clean. all of the servers were very nice and kind. Seeing this was my first time there they were very insightful and helpful as well.
I truly enjoyed all of the dishes. I tried except for the pork belly. I will definitely be returning.

UPDATE: I’ve visited this restaurant several more times since I posted my original review and my rating still remains the same. I did, however, notice that this business removed the partitions in between the booths. Although it doesn’t change the food quality, it did take away from the overall privacy. I’ve attached new photos to this review as well. I still recommend this restaurant to everyone.

I think my family and I have eaten here about 6 times now and I don’t foresee us stopping anytime soon. Aside from constantly trying new sushi restaurants around the valley, we seem to come back here often because of the food quality, exceptional service, and close proximity to our residence. My daughter loves salmon and eel and she enjoyed all the rolls and nigiri they served here with those items. I, on the other hand, love ahi tuna and don’t get into all those fancy shmancy sushi. For the tuna, I don’t ever recall getting a bad tasting . Typically, I just get the tuna nigiri, spicy tuna roll, and that special garlic tuna – I love them all. As mentioned earlier, the food quality and service overall was and continuously seems to be outstanding here – we never had a bad experience here. Note to customers: If you get the chance, order the pork bao bun…I think I could brush my teeth with that entree. Ok, maybe not that drastic but it was damn good!! Thanks, Sapporo for the continuous great food and service!!

Sapporo Japanese Revolving Sushi is a fun spot for casual sushi cravings. The conveyor belt makes it easy to try a little of everything, and the selection is usually fresh and consistent. Service is friendly and the vibe is relaxed, perfect for a quick lunch or low-key dinner. A few rolls really stand out, while others are just okay — but overall it’s a good neighborhood sushi spot and worth coming back to.

Food was good as always, service was excellent the waiter we had always made sure we were okay and if we needed anymore drinks. Atmosphere was very nice and quiet and had music playing in the background.

Cute place with the rotating belt of sushi, however atmosphere and energy fell flat. Sushi was average. Our server was not helpful. We had to discover how to use the robot machine on our own. His shift ended halfway through our meal. He did not come and tell us we were getting a new server or anything. He left a bunch of dishes at our table. new server came on to a pile of mess…Sorry.

Been going for years, trending down. There used to be a lot of variety at this location (but more at Spring Mountain locstion). Thr flavor IS fantastic and the food IS very fresh. It’s why we keep returning.
However, the service needs work. The servers aren’t attentive. Yes, everyone walks by and picks up the clear plate covers. But, getting a water refill or more napkins…forget about it. And they are THROWING old plates in the dirty bin making loud crashes…constantly. (Not to mention a server just playing on her phone rather than looking up and doing her job.)
Great food, mediocre service.

Sushi was solid, really fast and fresh. The place was clean and has a good vibe, and the service was great. I went late on a Thursday night so the place was pretty dead, will have to check it out again at a busier time. They also have hibachi grills, but I just tried the sushi. Wide selection, definitely want to try some more options! The revolving sushi conveyer belt and robot delivery are fun novelties!
