I arrived unavoidably late to a birthday party for my 17 year old granddaughter. I missed the meal prep. That is understandable, however, the waitress was rude. According to the adults there, she had been rude the whole meal. She screwed up the meal receipts, and everyone was sure they had been overcharged. After hearing their orders, looking at the menu, I know they had.
She proceeded to tell me that they would not cook for me, the grill was closed (at the table). I could order it to go. I agreed to do that. She never came back to take my order. So, if you plan on going to Sapporo in Greensboro, NC, just go next door to Jersey Mike’s, they will serve you with a smile!

My wife and I came here on a whim. I’ve never experienced a habichi restaurant before. The food was amazing, the Chef, and wait staff were also amazing. Every staff member was so patient and kind. It was an awesome experience. I will be back again.

This was a gathering of more than 10 ppl. Upon expressing that a couple would be sharing a plate there was no mention of a cost associated as no extra food was provided. A refusal to serve a guest who arrived later then the rest could have been handled entirely differently but seems to be this places normal way of talking to people with disrespect. Once the check arrived there was no itemized list to see what was being paid for. For one person it was nearly $60. This is not a buffet the food is nasty and made a few of us sick. Would not suggest anyone going here. $10.99 extra is insane. If someone orders a meal to go YOU can’t charge them extra if they share it’s the same in the restaurant ONE MEAL ONE PRICE. No hidden fees. But please do address the rude behavior it kills your business.

We had a really good time for my sons 13th birthday. Me and my husband have previously visited and love the food and atmosphere.
Our waitress was really sweet and she was in and out with things we need.

2nd time I ordered a filet mignon. I got thin, fatty tissue, over cooked steak. 2 other people at our table got filets that looked & cooked liked a filet mignon but not me. I told the server about my last experience but the cook didn’t pay attention. I won’t be back. A lot of $$$ for rib eye steak (maybe) fatty steak. I also preferred med rare. Only 1 pc had any red in it. So disappointed.

Great food. Chef was fair. Not to talkative like I’ve seen at other Japanese restaurants. The other thing is they made us wait until our whole party were there before we were seated and the whole room was reserved for our party yet half way through they brought in another party of 8 and sat at the extra grill table without consulting with our host.

Great place to go if you want a show with your dinner. The service is exceptional here… they never let your glass go dry and quickly fulfill any customer requests. The chefs cook your food right in front of you while keeping you entertained with their culinary skills. A friendly, relaxed atmosphere makes this a great place to dine with friends and family. The portions will probably allow you to enjoy your meal later as well.

Great food, great service, good show. We sat hibachi and our chef was excellent and funny. Food was delicious and portions big enough to take home leftovers. 2 entrees and an appetizer (plus included appetizers) for under $50. Very well priced!

Our server was super nice and she made sure to take care of us before we could even ask her to! We had a great time and the cook made sure to interact with my nephew many times he even spoke to him in Spanish (since he’s learning it in school) we had a really nice amount of food and our server was my favorite!
