this was my first time ordering from here and the food was INCREDIBLE. The owner was lovely, welcoming and took care of my needs. I ordered chicken parm with vodka sauce and it was the best i’ve ever had. I will 100% be ordering from here again!!

I had an incredible experience at this pizzeria! Hands down, the best pizza I’ve had in New Jersey. I tried the Vodka Pizza, the Margherita Pizza, and the Garlic Bread – everything was absolutely delicious! The flavors were perfect, the crust had the ideal balance of crispy and chewy, and the ingredients were fresh and high-quality. On top of that, the service was phenomenal—friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for top-notch pizza and outstanding service, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Personally, I got takeout. Maybe if i dined in, it would be better. I ordered through toast, so there wasnt a way for me to contact a support team.
So here is my review:
Panna cotta- very yummy, albeit leaked slightly in package
Tiramisu- came crushed in tin, was not able to enjoy fully
calamari- seemed cooked on the outside but was surprised to find it still cold and raw on the inside. I have calamari a lot so this find was not pleasant. I had to cook it again in my air fryer
eggplant parmesan- very good
chicken parmesan – unfortunately, was burned slightly and overcooked

If I could give more than a 5 star review I would! My friends and I went out to dinner here and we all enjoyed our meals! I had the pumpkin gnocchi with grilled chicken and it’s the best I ever had! Cozy place not too big but not too small. Parking on the street but close by is public parking lot. My friends and I will definitely be back!

Complimentary bread served warm, but it wasn’t tasty. Caprese is just the caprese, and mussels with hot marinara sauce were salty, could have been better.
Chicken Francese was good, served with well cooked pasta noodles. The margerita pizza was a bit watery, but the DOUGH was amazing! Good thickness and crispy! I would take out a pie sometime in the future.

I first came to Sapore Di Italia for my graduation dinner after our original restaurant couldn’t accommodate us last minute, and they welcomed us so kindly. The experience was amazing from start to finish, so we decided to come back today for my birthday and once again, everything was perfect! The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make the night feel special. Adriano and his team are truly wonderful people who treat you like family. I’m so grateful to them for turning both occasions into such beautiful memories!

I went in there just expecting to be another italian restaurant in NJ but it was blown away. The environment is incredible, the service was friendly and AMAZING. What was supposed to be just another dinner turned into a great conversation with the owner and staff. And the food? WOW. One of the best pizzas I have ever had. Fresh ingredients, great presentation. Sensacional. In one visit became my favorite spot. Can’t wait to go back. Congratulations to everyone involved in this restaurant.

The food here is absolutely incredible and has some of the best Italian dishes you can find in New Jersey. Every appetizer and entree is full of flavor and clearly made with care. Adriano, the owner, is always so kind and welcoming and the staff is consistently attentive and accommodating. I’ve brought my family here multiple times, and each visit has been a great experience. I highly recommend dining here and supporting this wonderful local restaurant!
