Reviews
The chefs are phenomenal. I had the local 24 oz. Ribeye and it was out of this world spectacular. I haven’t seen a steak that think in ages. It was more than I could eat in one sitting and I assure you it was just as good the second sitting Al on me with the butternut squash & trumpet mushroom. My friend had the Lamb and that was also out of this world spectacular melting in your mouth goodness.
I will most certainly be back here again soon!
We started with a bread and herb-ghee platter, the breads made in house with heartwarming specialty grains. Amazing!
My wife ordered the lamb shank with root vegetables. It was so tender, tasty and plentiful. She took the leftovers home and gave our dog a few bites. The dog loved this lamb so much that she refused to eat for two days until we replaced her daily fresh cooked beef with lamb! Haha!
I ordered the Rabbit with root vegetables having never eaten rabbit before. I figured this would be the right place to try it and I was correct! It was extremely delicious and delicately prepared
Cost was very reasonable especially for this level of cuisine. There’s no alcohol served, but if you bring your own wine with you, they will happily provide corkage service.
However, there were several issues. The chicken was dry and bland. The rabbit was tasty, but it mostly consisted of bones and lacked the pearl onions. Additionally, the potatoes arrived late. We had made reservations for 5 PM, but the hours seemed a bit unusual, so I took what I could get for a birthday dinner. When we arrived, there was no music, and it didn’t appear that they were ready to welcome guests. From what I could tell, there was only one server and one chef working. The place was cute but cramped, and the chef was on the phone for most of our visit.
It took an hour for any food to reach the table, and there was little acknowledgment of the two birthdays being celebrated. Our food arrived cold, and when the music finally turned on, it was too loud and startled us halfway through the meal.
The main reason I am giving this review two stars is that there was NO SOAP in the bathroom for the entire two hours we were there. The following day, several people from our table experienced stomachaches and nausea.
I’m really disappointed as I had hoped this could be a new regular spot for us. Additionally, I hate to leave bad reviews for a small business as I love supporting local and family owned. However, due to the lack of cleanliness and the quality of the food, we will not be returning. For over $150 this was completely unacceptable. I really hope some positive changes are made.

very cozy restaurant, the service is moderate to slow but considering how detail oriented they are with the food it’s understandable.
The waitress knew the menu very well and was friendly.
portion sizes were a bit small, and the vegetable choices were a bit disappointing as I’m not a huge fan of zucchini and the brussels sprouts and zucchini my dish came with were not prepared amazing.
Dessert was too good to take a picture before. We got the apple pie crisp which was delightful, it was coconut sugar inside with organic cinnamon and just a dollop of sweet potato ice cream.
