The chicken burrito was terrible. We usually just tell the kids to quit complaining and eat it, but it looked terrible. I tried it and told my son not to eat it. It was not fit for human consumption. We then ordered guacamole and cheese dip. The cheese dip was microwaved in a Styrofoam container and the quac looked like something that came out of the back end of a calf. Went up to the counter to ask for a refund (first time ever) but no one even looked at me. I just left it on the counter and we left.

Pagosa Springs best quick, inexpensive, and tasty meal. Whether it be drive-thru or dine in the food is always fresh and hot. Hard to please three kids of different ages but Santy’s does exactly that. The rolled tacos were a new one for us but it definitely hit the mark. Keep up the great work.

Service was very slow and I was the only one in the drive thru. After picking out the large and tiny bones in my chicken quesadilla…it was still subpar. Threw the other half out. My dog wouldn’t even eat it. Definitely first and last time.

Excellent hole in the wall for tacos. I got the 4 street tacos deal and it was amazing. My husband got the rolled tacos and he raved about them. The kids loved the quesadillas. The guacamole and chips were not my favorite and the salsa and chips tasted a bit old but the rest of the food made up for it. I added the guacamole salsa to mine and it was fantastic!

I personally thought that this restaurant was really good. The food was hot and authentic. This is a great place if you just want to run in or go to the drive-thru for some great Mexican food

If I could leave no stars I would have done that. I went there to get two burritos and some fries. Both burritos were cold, I’m talking the cheese wasn’t even melted. I took the one back in, and was told thats is just how it is. I was told the guy at the counter, no its cold, look at the cheese. After they guy told me thats just how they come, I left. I then called the store to ask for a manager and was told what do you want? Then the guy saying he’s the manager explained to me that their burritos are supposed to be cold. When I asked for a corporate number I was then told no that there is nothing to do about it. And while I’m talking to the “manager” he’s chuckling like I said something funny. I didn’t call them to ask for my money back or even had the food remade, I called them to say hey your food is cold. Maybe if they would have listened instead of just trying to shut me down I wouldn’t have made this post.

About 2 years ago, i got a ground beef burrito here it yad to be the worst iever had No seasoning in the meat and nothing added to make it a real burrito. I never went back.
Until today. I thought i woul try again hoping they got better. I ordered 4 ground beef tacos. AGAIN, they were probably the worst i have ever had! No seasoning in the meat and they were dripping with grease, so bad the the last 2 fell apart! I’m 76 so i have had my share of bad tacos and burritos, but these are probably the worst i have experienced!
Save your money! Go somewhere else!!

Last time we ordered from here about 3 months ago we were impressed and pleased with the quality and the flavor of the food. Unfortunately this time around we received a “shredded beef” Chimichang with far more bell peppers and onions than actually meat. The Enchiladas were the same way with the added bonus of a large slice of semi-cooked tomato with the hard center stem still intact. We tried calling mutiple times and no one answered, because of the weather and where we live we decided not to drive back into town. My Dad did eat the beans and rice before I took the picture but the chimichang was cut into on the end and then opened up to reveal the inside once we saw only peppers and onions and had not been eaten or picked at before hand. The chicken taco salad was the only acceptable meal received, which is how this review received 2 stars.

What are the plastic-like substances in the carne asada of my tacos? I don’t usually prefer shreds of plastic in my beef. Plastic is too difficult to chew and it doesn’t have much nutritional value.
