First off- the guy Timothy L. who gave a one star review does that to every business if you check his past reviews and how unfair for a new business.. I can guarantee he didn’t eat at Santos Kitchen so don’t let him fool you. This place is a hidden gem in the Meriden Mall and I guarantee just this place alone will gain more foot traffic. Everything is cook fresh to order and the portions are monstrous (think Joey Garlics-HUGE!) Owner is so nice and customer service is top notch! They also offer weekly specials.. don’t sleep on this place!

There are only two customers here and I’ve been waiting 40 plus mins for a tender basket, and he’s using that he got busy all at once as his excuse, but including me there are only two customers. If you value your time go somewhere else.
