The Pizza is incredible & so are the subs especially the Meatball. The owner is 80 years old and still works daily with her twin sister. Amazing great people, great staff and great food

This restaurant is absolutely the worst!!! I’ve given them chances over and over again even after they continue to screw up!! Tonight I ordered a pizza and soda. It’s all I looked forward to. They forgot my soda again. It’s been 45 minutes and I still have not received it. I’ve called over three times and they say it’s on the way. I live five minutes from the restaurant. Unbelievable!!

I called in and picked up a simple order, a small pepperoni pizza and an eggplant parm dinner. I referenced the menu on their website.
The food was fine and was packaged well. I was not asked about it given any napkins or utensils for the dinner which included a small salad and was definitely not a meal to eat by hand.
Unfortunately it seems the menu pricing is out of date, since I was charged $0.50 more for the pizza and $1.75 more for the dinner.
It would be nice if the restaurant kept their pricing info current.

Disappointed and surprised that anyone would put dressing over top a take-out salad. I didn’t get to each much of my Caesar salad soup. There was enough dressing for 3 salads on mine. Oddly they forgot the dressing completely on the other salad in our order. Will need to remember to state dressing on the side in the future.

Curious to know if this place knows how to follow instructions? When you say no tomato and no mayonnaise, it apparently translates to “please drown my sandwich in both.” I understand you have kids working there, but maybe try actually reading the ticket before making the food? Just a suggestion.

We have been eating at Santoro’s for the better part of 15 years and longer with my spouse’s family. If you need to find a good place for pizza and sub shop food this is the place to go!! The food and service are second to none and the prices are amazing. I hope this places around for my grandkids to go to.
