Amazing experience at Santorini in Fort Lauderdale! We sat at the bar and were lucky enough to be served by Laurie, who was fantastic. She was friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations. The food was fresh, authentic, and full of flavor, and the atmosphere was lively and fun. Sitting at the bar made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend — and definitely ask for Laurie!

Our server, Mya, truly made the experience stand out. She was warm, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Her friendly energy made the meal even more enjoyable.

But what really made our night was our server, Flaka! She was so friendly, attentive, and full of great energy. She made us feel so welcome and took such great care of us the whole time. The quality of the food and drinks was excellent, but what stood out the most was the service. A special mention to Peter, the bartender, who was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He made me a Mojito that was simply outstanding — perfectly balanced and refreshing.
It’s clear that he takes pride in his craft, and that level of service makes all the difference.
