I recently visited Santoku again, having had a great experience during their All you can eat sushi night previously, and this time I was there for a corporate event. The lunch was just as enjoyable, with a perfect mix of delicious food and a beautiful setting. The dishes served in the open buffet were tasty, and everything was well-executed. The event was set up both inside and by the pool, creating a relaxed and stylish atmosphere. It was a wonderful experience overall, and I’ll definitely be back again

The whole experience was amazing. The staff were professional and very friendly. The atmosphere of the restaurant is amazing right next to the pool. The food was delicious and the prices were really great compared to other Sushi restaurants. They have an all you can eat experience every Sunday for 250LE. Overall experience was really good and definitely would visit again.

I am a big fan of Sushi and I am very selective when deciding to eat Sushi due to several reasons from previous experiences,
I am also very curious with Sushi freshness as it is key to good taste,
Santuko is my favourite restaurant in new Cairo that offer very good quality reasonably priced,
I ordered 40 pieces a mix of fried and raw:
8 Philedelphia
8 Californa caviar
8 Santuko plus
4 pyramid roll
6 Hot power
6 Hot Lemon
I liked all but last time the hot Lemon pieces was bigger than expected which affected the taste and experience,
I paid less than 1300 LE.
What I do like in the fact that Santuko is a restaurant of a Hotel inside Helnan so the service is 5 stars and I am sure food measurements and hygiene is high, the only draw if the restaurant is busy it takes time to serve.
There is also an amazing teppenyaki with a show that I tried twice and enjoyed it and there is international dishes if you are not a fan of Japanese or Sushi.
Highly recommended.

Best sushi experience but it’s a little bit expensive so I recommend going there if you want to experience a fancy dinner but not for a normal sushi outing
