I would give this place a 3.8/5 stars! My friends and I came here on a Saturday afternoon around 1 and there was a good amount of parking space in the lot behind the taco truck. As for seating, there’s about 4 benches/tables.

I ended up getting the Street Tacos that gives you 1 of each: pastor, suadero, campechano, barbacoa, and birria. My friends also got the same and ordered an extra shrimp taco and barbacoa.
There were 2 orders ahead of us so it took about 15 minutes for our food to get ready.

Out of all the tacos I had, the pastor was my favorite. Juicy, fatty, and flavorful! And the acidity of the pineapple balanced the rich flavor coming from the pastor. As for the other tacos… I thought they were okay. They’re not bad by any means but some of the meat was a little dry and lacked a little bit of flavor. But my friend had their shrimp taco and barbacoa a la carte and they thoroughly enjoyed it! Aside from that, the salsas that came on the side were great!

Santo Patio is a great breakfast spot. I grabbed five breakfast burritos to share with my sister and they were all really, really good. The lady helping me recommended the barbacoa, migas, and machaca, and she was right on point.

The green salsa is AMAZING seriously, so good. Out of all three, the machaca was our favorite by far. I’d definitely recommend getting that one. Barbacoa was solid, and migas were good too.

Prices are fair, and honestly two burritos will fill you up. Super good value. Also, the setup is pretty cool because there’s a little coffee shop in front and other options nearby to grab a drink. Definitely coming back.

I come here right before my bouldering sessions at Austin Bouldering Project on Springdale Road, and I can’t believe I haven’t left a review yet. Most of the time, I grab two breakfast tacos in the morning—either the migas taco or a build-your-own with potato and egg—and they are consistently amazing.

Two tacos are super filling. I’m vegetarian, and even after breakfast hours, I’ve asked if they can still make me a migas or potato and egg taco. The cook is always kind and accommodating, checking if he has the ingredients and making it happen when possible. I really appreciate that.

I grew up in Mexico eating really good Mexican food, and this place is genuinely delicious. It makes me a little sad that I usually don’t see a line here, because it deserves way more attention. The food is fresh, filling, and has great value, and I want to see more people discover this spot so it can thrive. If you’re anywhere near the area—especially if you’re heading to ABP—do yourself a favor and stop by. Highly recommend!

Birria was flavorless and dry, so disappointing especially for the price point. Barbacoa was traditional cheek so that was nice, but they left all of the fat in there so it was oily and flavorless. Pastor had the essence of good flavor but was a bit on the salty and dry side. You can tell it’s not off a trompo and sits somewhere for a long while. The other meats give the feel of being mass produced and not even sitting in a warmer. Was more like eating aged defrosted meat. If you’re Mexican you know. The red salsa was tasty, green okay. Let’s get into the service, you can tell the owner of the truck was not present. The girl working seemed annoyed to be taking my order, I did order one of everything (unfortunately) and she was not happy about it. She even left out some tacos and when I went back and asked for them she said she didn’t charge them so I was basically S.O.L. when I wanted to pay for them because she said they were closing up. Instead I went next door and got a lobster roll from Cousin’s Maine Lobster which did not disappoint. 3 of 10 wouldn’t do again, just not a 4.9 the way google suggests.

This food truck has the best shrimp tacos and they have good breakfast tacos, birria and carnitas as well. What stands out is their sauce, seasoning and also the salsas. The orange salsa is my favorite. I think it’s the most underrated taco place. It’s also near stargazer which is a great place to hang out and they also allow food from the surrounding food trucks as long as you get a drink at stargazer.

Had the shrimp taco, pastor quesadilla, and chicken flautas and all were winners. The shrimp taco is a star – perfectly cooked and seasoned on a delicious blue corn tortilla! Everything tasted fresh and vibrant.

The outside seating is also lovely

Very first time trying this taco truck – WHOLLY SMOKES! Delicious, perfectly seasoned and cooked shrimp taco. The creamy avocado was well balanced with the cold crunchy cabbage shred , tiny squeeze of lime – BUT MOST OF ALL – the fresh handmade corn tortillas had me saying “holy shit” after every bite.

2nd taco was their Smoked Carnitas, moist (almost juicy) and well seasoned meat, with a small surprise of spicy. Again, so well balanced with the creamy avocado and cold crunchy cabbage.

Heads up though – they don’t serve drinks, so if you dine there be prepared.
