Santi’s New York Pizza delivers authentic, no-frills New York-style slices that hit the mark. The crust is thin with a satisfying chew and just the right amount of crisp at the edge. Sauce is bright and slightly tangy, and the cheese melts evenly into a gooey, flavorful layer. Toppings taste fresh and are applied generously without overwhelming the base. Portions are large and prices fair — great value for lunch or a casual dinner. The team is friendly and service is quick, and the relaxed atmosphere makes it an easy spot to grab a classic slice. Highly recommended for anyone craving straightforward, dependable NY pizza.

We hosted my family’s gender reveal at Santi’s New York Pizza and couldn’t be happier! The place has such a lovely atmosphere, great service, and a very professional and friendly team. Everything was well organized, and they made sure we had everything we needed. They also served their pizzas for the event, and they couldn’t have been more delicious!

I finally have had the pleasure of eating at Santi’s New York Pizza on Radio Road in the Berkshire shopping plaza. Ive only heard about this spot, because, as we all know, its almost impossible to catch a glimpse of anything in the enormous shopping plazas we have in Naples on our fast moving county roads.
First thought as I entered, its very clean, spotless and modern looking. The infamous photos of the beautiful NYC skyline throughout. A small glass case of different slices to my left. I immediately spot the grandma slice, and couldn’t help but think the Naples grandma pie war is alive and well. The olive oil pesto splash was too beautiful to ignore. I proceeded to order 1 plain slice ( customary when properly judging a new spot) 1 grandma slice and a chicken parm sub, dont judge me im a large human and hungry. Not a good mixture.
The slices were reheated and out quick. They’re good size slices. I grabbed the regular slice and upon the fold, the crust cracked. The sound is similar to hearing Sinatra live to pizza lovers. Before the first bite I knew it was good. But no, better. The slices are thin, crispy and heavy. This is not normal for Florida pizza. I was shocked. The grandma slice also big and heavy. Different from the other Naples grandma’s that people swoon over like San Giuseppe and Brunos. The pizza was very good. I would 100% come back, soon. The chicken parm wasnt the best. I must say, the seeded roll was awesome. Toasted to the point where the edges were charred. Professional move. The chicken itself seemed like it was mass produced. The cheese, quality and sauce very good. We need to give this place more press. As for the Grandma war of Naples, id put it neck and neck with Bruno’s for top spot.I finally have had the pleasure of eating at Santi’s New York Pizza on Radio Road in the Berkshire shopping plaza. We are from our of town and where we are from pizza is a specialty. I’m also Italian so the bar is set high. Santi’s nailed it. We had Santi’s sweet straciatella pizza. It was phenomenal! The ingredients are fresh and the sauce isn’t acidic. No heart burn after eating this pie. The brothers are amazing and the staff is super friendly. If you are staying at the great Wolf Lodge or anywhere around this place. You would be doing yourself an injustice if you didn’t try it.

It so good we ate there twice in a week!

On vacation and decided to try this place based on Google reviews. It did NOT disappoint. Place is spotless, side salad was fresh and delicious. Meatballs were the best I’ve ever had. Got a pizza to go, I didn’t try it, but heard it was incredible!

Sometimes I pick up for myself to go, or my coworkers do, as we work in the same plaza. I have to say, always amazing food, amazing service, and great prices. If you dont want a whole pizza (that you could easily eat by yourself bcuz its awesome) The “by the slice” case has a wide variety of different pizzas to choose from, which are fairly huge slices, and always have garlic knots which are the absolute best! They heat up the food from the “by the slice” case in the oven unless you do not wish for them to do so. Tonight was the first night I “dined in” with plenty of seating, even in the back which is a little more private. I also took note that they have two drink cases and fountain drinks that are self serve after purchase of course. My first experience is what kept me coming back. First time I visited this restaurant months and months ago, I wasnt sure what to eat that night, every other restaurant was closing or closed, and I wanted something quick and easy. When I walked in the employees/owners welcomed me in with a warm smile and greeting, even though i entered maybe 20 mins before closing. I chose one or two pieces of pizza “by the slice” to go, that they graciously warmed up for me which was lovely because it had been a LONG day for me and I was super hungry. They also gave me ANOTHER slice of pizza, and a couple of garlic knots on the house. Im not saying this so people can take advantage of their kindness and try to get free food, I’m saying this because that was beyond kind and they didn’t have to do that, and again they took the time to warm up the food though im sure they were all ready to leave for the night. Im also saying this because thats just the warm inviting welcome you get and to say how lovely these owners and employees are! I had a great experience, and the food tasted so fresh even at the very end of the day. Everyone and the atmosphere is very clean, professional, and presentable, as well as the food and taste. If you appreciate the type of food they have to offer, warm greetings, and great prices you’ll check this place out!! Definitely worth it 🙂 I’d go a little before 6 or 7 because they tend to get a little more busy later on, but they have no promblem handling the volume with efficiency! Ive only paid with card but im sure they accept cash, and seemed like they had a lot of “to go” orders as well. I cant wait to go back again and try different things on their menu as it all sounds/looks amazing! Thank you all for the great hospitality in your respective restaurant!

This is a great little place! Pizzas are delicious and worth the price. Self serve beer in the fridge and a nice selection of bottles of wine. Staff are very kind. We were staying at the GWL close by and was definitely worth the drive. There’s about 8 tables inside

Ordered takeout from here for the 2nd time. Pizzas are delicious but the standout are the wings. They are so crispy and oven baked with lots of flavor. My new favorite pizza place. Huge portions, get the personal size!

Food was extremely late. (Doordasher had to wait 35 minutes for the food) and not acceptable, called and was told that it’s not their problem. I only used doordash because their online system recommend it. Let see if your disingenuous reply is a dismissive as you were on the phone.
