I have been a loyal Santini’s Pizza customer for four years, purchasing all my pizzas from there for various events, including ones for the youth in Ansonia. Despite ordering up to 25 to 30 pizza pies with different flavors and spending around $600 or more each time, I have never requested a discount. Today, the pizzeria owner disrespected me greatly by yelling in my ear and rudely hanging up the phone. I felt insulted and appalled by his unprofessional behavior. I have decided to stop supporting Santini’s and will not recommend it to others. I am so offended that I plan to write a letter to our mayor regarding the conduct of this business in Ansonia. I will not patronize or endorse this establishment again simply because I inquired about their advertised promotion of receiving a free pizza for every five purchased, which was always honored by their staff in the past. Santini’s you have lost a loyal customer! The rudeness unprofessional Behavior utterly disgusting!

Ordered several times from Santini’s. Customer service is excellent, and they are always welcoming. Food is consistent. 3rd time ordering wings and they are never overcooked or u def flavored. I love Santini’s! I have been eating their pizza since I was 7 years old. The pizza has never failed to satisfy me. Also, they are quick to make and deliver. I have also requested to sit in and eat once before, and they were quick to accommodate even with their limited space. If you visit Ansonia and want pizza, Santini’s is the place to go.

New to the neighborhood. Tried Santini’s for the first time. First and foremost the girl over the phone was very polite and helpful. We ordered the Barbecue chicken pizza which unfortunately tasted like ketchup! it was awful! It was chicken with cheap barbecue sauce smothered on it. I could not eat it. If you are going to use cheap barbecue sauce at least buy a good quality one like sweet baby rays!. Needless to say we will not be ordering from this place again. if you want to know where to get good Chicken Barbecue Pizza order from the Hub. You will not be disappointed.
