We are a pizzeria and an Italian restaurant open daily 11-9, 7 days a week! Four course dinner specials available everyday, every Tuesday and Thursday is all you can eat pasta night starting at 4pm, AND we offer a salad bar daily as well! We offer our own delivery service, make our desserts in house, and offer dine in, take out, and have an extensive catering menu as well. We are known for the cheesesteak santini, chicken parmigiana, and everyone’s favorite rose sauce!

We live in the area and Santini’s has always been our go to restaurant for the delicious food, great deals and friendly family atmosphere. One thing they are not is discriminatory!! My family consists of Italian, African American, Hispanic, Jewish as well as my Japanese sister in law. We have eaten there numerous times and are always treated with respect, appreciation and a smile. tonight our lovely waitress sent home a complimentary slice of lemon cake (his Favorite) to my brother in law. I give Santini’s a 5 star rating and will always refer them Thanks Tracy Lynn. I wish your welcoming atmosphere was contagious in all food establishments

I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred at your restaurant on February 13th at approximately 6pm. I am deeply disappointed by the service my husband and I received and feel it is important to bring this to your attention.
During our visit, we experienced treatment that I believe was discriminatory and racially motivated. Specifically, served last while others were assisted who got seated after us. The contrast in how we were treated compared to other customers was noticeable and upsetting.
No customer should feel disrespected, marginalized, or unwelcome based on their race or appearance. This experience left us feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed, and it does not reflect the level of professionalism or inclusivity that I would expect from your establishment.
I hope you will take this complaint seriously, review the incident with your staff (Nicole and Tracy), and take appropriate steps to ensure that all customers are treated with fairness and respect. I would appreciate a response outlining how this matter will be addressed.

Have eaten here a few times and the food has always been delicious. Prices are very reasonable, especially the monthly specials, which we enjoy along with the tasty salad bar. It’s also BYOB which is a plus for many diners.

Food s good…. HOWEVER, STOP RUSHING YOUR DINERS!!!! We were a party of 5 at a 4 top. No problem…you guys were crowded but we literally, we’re in the middle of our salad when the soup came out and the rolls…..still working on the salad and our entrees come out!!!!! Are you kidding me?! There was NO ROOM at our table so we had to put our roll basket balanced on the table lamp!
This is the THIRD time in a row we were rushed through like cattle. We sat at 7:10 PM and left at 8:05. And it’s not like there was a line of people waiting for tables! No one was waiting and they were already packing up the salad bar!!!!
You are going to start losing customers if you don’t straighten this out! Closing up at 8:05pm on a Friday night is INSANE! Do better.

Had the stuffed shells and it was amazing!! I don’t often order Italian dinners to go but it was the night before Christmas Eve and we were all on the run. We bought Stuff shells and fettuccine Alfredo. Both dishes were delicious. I highly recommend the dinners at Santini’s

Another great meal at Santini’s in Mantua. The salad bar is fantastic, and so were the entrees. I tried the stuffed rigatoni, off the specials menu, for the first time. It comes in a rose sauce with spinach and sun dried tomatoes. My husband did a twist on the usual chicken Parmesan, and ordered it with rose sauce instead of red sauce. I don’t think he’s ever going back to traditional. If you order entrees off the 2 for $45 menu, you get salad bar, soup, entrees, and a dessert to share. Can’t beat that!

I went with my mom for their 2 for $45 special. The French Onion soup was excellent. The salad bar was an excellent touch to the night out. That cake was to die for. Service was definitely rushed although the server was attentive. We will be back! Great job!

Our favorite local spot to grab dinner, whether we eat in or order delivery so it was a no brainer to order trays for our Christmas dinner. We had the chicken francese, the penne rosé and green beans. Everything was delicious and perfectly cooked and it gave us more time to enjoy our Christmas Day instead of spending the day cooking.
