12/11/25 Preordered 21 Breakfast Burritos for my store to GIVE AWAY to Customers for Christmas. Usually do this about 3 times in Dec. They now charge 4% fee for credit cards and hide it. Another thing they dont show you is they add a 15% Gratuity to your bill you dont see. 21 Buritos @ 3.49 = 73.29 + tax 5.13 + 10.99 Tip = $89.41 ” hmmm Not Shown ” Total Jumps to 92.99. thats the $3.58 Double hidden fee. $14.57 I should NOT have to pay. Then to top it all off ” you can see in the photo ” They give you a receipt to sign that hides everything and ask for more of a tip while hiding the previous one. ” i own a store around the corner And I dont charge no credit fee ” Plus we give them free drinks and sometimes more for stopping in. So unless you ask for an Itemized receipt All you get is a credit reciept for 92.99 and the you still DONT see the fee or Automatic Tip. Im sorry but im NOT going to give you an $11 tip for me picking up my food. Your teaching these young people in you store this is Normal. that is Bad. you earn your tip, I dont give you extra so you can reduce your wages. Now you lost about $350 in sales from us over the year. Is it worth it ? I see someone mentioned 20% before in reviews.

Absolutely phenomenal meal. I saw a picture online of a simple bean rice and cheese burritos smothered in green chili and had to have it . We we were pleasantly surprised that the burrito, as simple as it was, it was the best green chili, bean and cheese and rice burrito we’ve ever had.

Thanks for totally screwing up our order. We ordered ahead of time because we were driving through. There were supposed to be 6 breakfast burritos with no meat and no cheese. Instead it was no egg and cheese. I don’t eat meat. We live 3 and a half hours away and we won’t be coming through there again. That was a waste of my money because I won’t eat it. I’d give you zero stars if it would let me.

Usually the breakfast burritos are spot on, but today I got a beef and cheese burrito and the meat was pink. I returned with burrito in hand and was told that’s just how it is because of the way they cook it. Will not be returning.

Breakfast is always AMAZING. Dinner first time and the beef isn’t chewable. I saw the cook she was a young lady maybe 20 with a cashier same and another young man. It’s overcooked really bad not eating the meat can’t oh well Breakfast ONLY

I love santi breakfast burritos,you are lucky to have this place in sterling. People who don’t like their green chili are loco. However the credit card machine never works for me there and it has caused me to have to wait a long time to get my food. Also the restaurant is way to small. That place sells 1000 burritos a day come on open a bigger place ,and get a new credit card machine!!!! The burrito is excellent!!!

The consistently delicious offerings are highly appreciated. The breakfast burritos, available with a range of heat levels (mild, half mild/half hot, and hot), are a particular favorite. We regularly purchase a small cup of their sauce to complement our takeout orders. We have enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner selections. We are frequent patrons when visiting from Tulsa.
