Typically we go once a week for breakfast burritos. Today, we got home and 2/5 burritos had a tablespoon of chili on the end and nothing in the burrito. The rest of the burritos had zero chili – and we ordered mild, half and half, and hot. Someone there must be new making the burritos….

I love Santiago’s, but this morning I stopped at the Brighton drive-thru location. My burrito was so cold the cheese didn’t even melt inside. When I took the foil off the entire burrito fell apart. Very disappointed!!!

I give everything a 5 star because I know how hard these ladies/gentlemen work and especially at such early hours. I do have 1 small issue I seem to always run into. The service hours aren’t accurate at all. Google tells me one thing and the front door says another! Other than that’s, good is always great!

Man, I moved to Brighton in 98. Everyone said you have to go to Santiago’s. Went, was hooked from day one. They had awesome service, awesome food, and the best prices on all their dishes. Seems like since COVID hit, they have changed. Food quality has gone downhill, service is very lackluster, and the prices went up and the portion got smaller. I used to spend hundreds to thousands a month there for my meetings or just crew breakfast. Now, not so much.

Surely there are folks out here who like these burritos, because there are lots of these places around. I cannot imagine who those people are. This place consistently makes the worst burritos I have ever eaten. Soggy, flavorless, dripping with weird watery sauce, and all the fillers are mediocre to bad. Overcooked eggs, soggy potatoes… nothing to compliment here at all. It makes Taco Bell seem farm-stand fresh. There’s not even a depth of different flavors to them… every bite is the same homogenous, flavorless, wet, vaguely spicy mistake. Honestly, the blame at this point is on me for continuing to think I might enjoy these.

I haven’t been to Santiagos in a very long time but today it’s very disappointing. I ordered 3 breakfast burritos on their daily special which happens to be Bacon today.

Disappointing they won’t make a burrito without meat. They are making them right in front of you and it wouldn’t be hard to accommodate this request.

First time the burrito was cold. Usually they are really good! The one east of hwy 7 beats them by far.

Just plain and flavorless meat… Tried both pork and beef with half&half green chili. Ground beef was like something from taco bell…and both burritos were dripping in oil or grease that ran out the ends and stained the to-go bag. Didn’t finish either… 1st time/last time!

Best burritos in Colorado! I grew up with Santiago’s. The lady’s the at work in the drive thru are wonderful!! For who those that say it’s not real Mexican foo, this style of Mexican food comes from New Mexico/ Colorado. These recipes are generational and most people don’t understand this style of Mexican food.
