So delicious. 1st time eating here. Breakfast burrito smothered xhot. Great way to wake up. Some fresh habanero peppers would be awesome. The taste of the peppers would compliment the fresh chillies and your taste buds. I had to snap a Pic before I devoured it all. Definitely coming back.

Beyond disappointed with my experience at what usually is one of the most reliable and delicious chains in the state. Service was phoned in at best, there was nothing indicating the availability of the breakfast fare which was the main draw for myself personally. Ordered chips and salsa and two carnitas burritos, with mild chili *on the inside* and received two burritos swimming in an Olympic sized pool of hot chili, and no chips and salsa. Never had an experience this bad at any other location, seriously you’re better off going a few miles east and skipping this one entirely.

I haven’t been to Santiagos in a very long time but today it’s very disappointing. I ordered 3 breakfast burritos on their daily special which happens to be Bacon today.
There is absolutely NO Bacon and no cheese in these burrito. They are disgusting, no flavor even a little salt would make a difference.
Sad I wasted my money and appetite.

This is a local Colorado favorite! I drove thru and grabbed breakfast for me and friends! EVERYONE enjoyed the food from Santiago’s! Their tortillas are definitely homemade! Their breakfast burritos were cheap, and the best in Brighton, Colorado! I give this establishment a 10 out of 10 people!! VISIT your local Santiago’s whenever you get chance! Try the smothered green chili burrito!

Just plain and flavorless meat… Tried both pork and beef with half&half green chili. Ground beef was like something from taco bell…and both burritos were dripping in oil or grease that ran out the ends and stained the to-go bag. Didn’t finish either… 1st time/last time!
