I have been at the Santiago’s in Castle Rock and I found out they are related.
I stopped in and the restaurant was clean, and smelled incredible.
I was welcomed right away and made my order.
They were quick and the food was as always off the charts good.
I would recommend this to everyone and will be back again.

This has to be the saddest excuse for a burrito I’ve ever paid for. Calling this a burrito is generous at best. As the photo shows, it’s barely bigger than a quarter, and the amount of chili inside is laughable.

We love eating at Santiago’s and appreciate that they make it easy to call in and order and pick it up within 15 Minutes. We were so disappointed when we went to pick up our order last night and noticed that they added a 20% tip to the total. When my husband questioned it, it sounded like this was their standard process. We’re not sure when this started but don’t feel that a 20% tip is appropriate for taking a phone call. If we were eating in the restaurant, we would be happy to tip for the service that’s provided. Be aware when you go to pick up your call in order that you may be charged an additional amount.

Excellent carnita enchiladas at Santiago’s. I ordered the green chile sauce (1/2 mild and 1/2 spicy) and it was a bit spicy. The beans were great and the rice was tasty and slightly dry. Enchiladas are my go to Mexican dish and I was not disappointed. In fact I’m quite pleased. We also had a wonderful waitress.

We went here after trick-or-treat in Johnstown. The food was hot and tasty. Portions were big. I really enjoyed it. The place became packed with a wait very quickly. I would recommend it.

I went in to Santiago’s and had incredible service, the food was good besides the fact that it was 3 dollars for sour cream. The service made up for it , Kamora was extremely kind and welcoming! I’ve had her service numerous times and she has always given great customer service !

I grew up on Santiago’s breakfast burritos. They used to be packed with flavor and green chili and I would look forward to picking up a couple to start my day off. Unfortunately, that has all changed. I went in to get some breakfast burritos for myself and a few buddies. I ended up getting 6 burritos in total. My order was 2 half and half 4 hot burritos. I placed my order and waited 15 minutes while they served other people who ordered after I did hot/ half and half burritos. Not a huge deal, but I was kinda expecting first come first serve, especially when others were ordering several burritos as well. When I finally got my food, we started to dig in and the disappointment became clear. They didn’t have any green chili in them and the filling was dry. They were not spicy and we were all disappointed. Something has changed in the last few years and they are not what they used to be. I’d recommend going somewhere else for breakfast burritos especially if you’re looking forward to green chili.

Not because the food is bad, but because it’s too good. Now I can’t stop coming here, and my willpower is losing the battle.
The servers are fantastic, especially Candace and Monica, who’ve been taking care of us for years and never fail to be friendly, fast, and downright awesome.
Add in great prices and a warm, inviting atmosphere, and you’ve got the perfect recipe… for me spending way more time here than I ever planned. Highly recommend
