Great spot for all their items. Let’s be honest though it’s all about their green chili. The to go burritos are what they are known for. I like to get mine smothered and get a side tamale and throw that in with the burrito.

Ordered 5 pork sausage burritos and there was no meat in sight. Been to the one on Leetsdale in Denver plenty of times and that has never happened to me there. The managers response was “it’s premade I don’t know what to tell you” quite rude and unprofessional. Maybe you guys should remake it next time.

I literally don’t have any photos because I devoured it. I love their breakfast burritos, (hot of course). I’ve tried smothered and not smothered. Both are good! Smothered- I took the sauce home because I will be dipping some tortillas in it later .
Their salsa was really good, a nice kick to it and a little sweetness too. Definitely will be back to try their lunch sometime!
You’ve got to give this small town gem a try. 10/10 worth it.

Still the Original and the flavor is great but they probably need to start calling them breakfast taquitos- at this location especially there’s not enough filling to call it a burrito.

I’ve been going here for DECADES and just recently I’ve noticed that all their original staff are GONE and since then their food, FRIENDLY SERVICE, and hours of operation have gone to shit. The food is horrible now, the new staff are so rude and it seems like theyre closed more than theyre open. It is so bad to the point that if me and my kiddos want Santiagos we drive ALL the way to Brighton! So disappointed!

This place serves some of the best Mexican food.. the taquitos pork is to die for.. the meat is so crispy!!!! The food we had was so so delicious. The green Chile.. the spice level is perfect. The only thing, my pork chops, even though is very thinly sliced .it was still a little too tough to chew.

I made a phone order at 7:50, 10 minutes before closing and I understand that can be frustrating as I also work at a Santiago’s up in Johnstown, but we arrived at 8:01 and they refused to give us our food. The lady claimed that they had closed the drawer but as an employee you’re aren’t supposed to do that when you have an order pending especially if I told them I would be there. Even one of the employees told the lady in charge that the food was right there ready but she still refused. I’m usually not someone who writes bad reviews but this was very disrespectful and frustrating. I will not be coming back.

I got 2 breakfast burritos one did have green sauce, and the other one was really dry!!! The one that has green sauce taste amazing but the dry one was not good !! I come here because of the green sauce on the burritos and usually did not put enough sauce on one of them or both! What a bummer

Delicious Mexican. Very reasonable prices and the portions are large. There’s a sit down restaurant or you can get your food to go. Guacamole is tomato heavy and they don’t have vegetarian green chili.
