Honestly, how hard is it to wrap a burrito? This is probably the worst thing I’ve ever bought in my entire life. As soon as I opened it it exploded all over me. The tortilla was extremely soggy, like coma and Santiago’s at least care a little bit or at least wrapped the burritos tight not on top of that I still have all this extra bean and meat that I have to throw away because y’all don’t know how to wrap a burrito the right way. Very disappointed, honestly

Pretty good food, just make sure they get your order right as you place it (kept trying to sell the more expensive options)

I guess I was spoiled by the 120th location that closed. Those guys knew how to make a burrito that doesn’t taste like paste. I could eat two burritos with no problem and probably room for a third at that location on 120th. This location I can barely eat half a burrito before I vomit. Absolutely horrific burrito. Also, the Lafayette location does not know how to wrap a burrito. As soon as I open it up, it falls apart all over my car. The joy of eating a burrito certainly is Not enjoyable.

I went here for the first time the other day and I was really impressed with the service! I got there and I ordered my food, and within less than 5 minutes I received my order, and the food was great too! I highly recommend.

I have mixed feelings about this establishment and find myself questioning why I continue to return. The consistency of both the food and service is highly unpredictable. There’s about a 50/50 chance that my order will be accurate, and an equal chance that I’ll receive polite treatment.
For example, on a recent visit, I ordered a breakfast smothered burrito with chicharrón. To my disappointment, the burrito only contained a tortilla, sauce, and chicharrón—completely missing the eggs, which are essential to any breakfast burrito. This has happened on multiple occasions, which is frustrating.
Additionally, the experience with the staff varies greatly. While the individuals preparing the food and handing it out are always courteous and pleasant, the staff taking orders often appear disengaged and unprofessional, which detracts from the overall experience.
Consistency and customer service improvements are areas this establishment should address to enhance the dining experience. I will consider visiting a different location.

I have finally found the perfect 2-egg breakfast in Lafayette!! A kitchen that actually knows how to cook an over-medium egg, fry potatoes without some crazy spice mixture, and awesome crispy bacon. Forget the high-end places that cannot cook an over-medium egg like Morning Glory, or adds crazy spices like Tangerine…Santiago’s is the breakfast king!!

Santis is a classic Colorado establishment. Their breakfast burritos are the best. I now live out of state and have to go the morning I come home, and take every out of towner here. Best green chili ever, so fast and cheap! I get the hot but everyone else in my family gets 1/2&1/2, hot isn’t extremely hot though. Honestly have never been other than for the bfast burritos

Best Mexican food in Colorado! Easy to order a-la-cart. Crispy Chilli Reanos are top notch. Half-and half is a great spiciness for gringos.

Great food at a fantastic price. Got a small combo, plus chips and salsa. Though the chips and salsa weren’t free, they weren’t expensive either and there was plenty of them. The small combo was more food than I could handle in one sitting! The chile tasted great, though I admit I was hoping the hot would be spicier.
