Probably the best tacos that I’ve had since moving to Omaha. They reminded me of the tacos I used to eat when I lived in Durango, MX.

Service and prices not bad at all. I got the birria quesadilla which was a good amount of food, but the birria was so fatty I ended up throwing over half of it away. Huge bummer. Probably would be willing to try again.

Flavorless. Carne asada plate was very plain and dry. Even the rice and beans were bad. Even the chips. Almost like they didn’t use seasoning. Burrito didn’t have much meat in it and was mostly rice and beans. Everyone with us thought it was bad. We won’t go back. Really disappointed.

We had a small group at Blue Sky a few weeks ago. When I booked the reservation, I didn’t realize that the food options had changed. Santiagos was still serving out of their food truck and wasn’t scheduled to open until 2pm that day. The staff at Blue Sky called them up and asked if they would be willing to open earlier. They rushed in two hours early with no notice to accommodate our group. The food was great and the service was amazing! They went out of their way for us and I’m so grateful!

Really great tacos, we got the asada and al pastor. Could’ve used more pineapple this time on the al pastor, but this was our second visit and we’ll definitely be back, our first time was excellent (including the pineapple) at the drive-in in Bellevue.
