What a little gem. I was craving something different from fried seafood or shrimp w/ a side of shrimp – seems that’s all every restaurant in St. Augustine serves for the most part, but not Santiagos’.

First, its important to know this restaurant is located inside the Guy Harvey hotel, there is only a tiny tiny sign at the road on A1A and there is NO sign at the hotel entrance, nothing. The only reason we went into the hotel was we could smell food from the parking lot. Boy was I glad we went in.

We were immediately greeted by the bar tender and sat. Our waters and drink orders were taken immediately.

I had the gyro with a side garden salad. Admittedly I was skeptical that they cold make a good gyro, I’ve had them for decades all around the world including Greece so I know what a good one vs. a great one should taste like.

I took my first bite and BAM, boy was I amazed of the Greek flavors, you taste the cucumber, lemon, mint, garlic and the meat had a perfect crisp and piled high. The pita bread was fresh and soft like it should be. I honestly could not believe how good it was. The garden salad was perfect with a variety of lettuce and vegetable, the balsamic dressing add the perfect touch.

Would I eat here again? Heck yes. The service is great, the food was delicious and the atmosphere both inside and outside seating is perfect.

They served an excellent Thanksgiving meal. Christa is a very warm, welcoming, and wonderful Server. They’re inside the Guy Harvey Beach Resort and the restaurant is a very cool, stylish spot. Make sure to try their Tropitini. Don’t miss out on Santiago’s. ☺️

The food was great! Their mashed potatoes are the best, there’s nothing like it. Their portions are a little bigger than usual, so I think the pricing is reasonable. Only issue w/ me was I overheard our server telling their coworker that we were taking so long to finish. But yeah nonetheless, the food was good!

My wife and I were very impressed with the flavors, portions and atmosphere at this place we only stumbled into after Googling for a new place to try some poke… and oddly, the poke itself wasn’t even the item we loved most.

We started with the Jerk Pork Belly Nachos which was fresh, hot and loaded with flavor. We’re goat cheese lovers so the “whipped goat cheese” jumped off the menu at us and we think we made the right choice. We had to stop ourselves halfway full of we wouldn’t have room to even try our entrees.

For entrees we had their unusual take on Poké – lots of grilled veggies and pineapple – and the “& Grits” with blackened shrimp, which was probably the standout dish of the night… Although the dessert kind of blew our minds too – coconut pineapple cheesecake

The menu here is relatively small, yet offers a lot of variety. That’s a gamble for restaurants that can’t decide what cuisine they specialize in, but these guys make it work. We were genuinely, thoroughly impressed.

Not the most affordable meal, but also that expensive – priced right for what you get, in our opinion. And again, the portions are great – we had a full meal with our leftovers of all of the dishes mentioned above.

We both agreed on the way home that this is a must-go place when we have company come from out of state.

It was a breakfast . First we were waiting 15 min to be seated. Although the restaurant was almost empty. Then we were waiting a menu for 15 min more. Then our drinks 15 min more. At last we have our food. Just an hour later. Pancakes for my 8 year old son was inedible at all. My wrap was fine but I start eating my fruit salad. I eat it almost a third and here it comes. A hair. A nice brown hair in my salad. It was a top of my indignation and disappointment. I’ll never visit this place again.

Everything about this restaurant is top tier . First, before going we looked at the dinner menu and everything look amazing . The photo presentations were great . We were greeted and seated immediately. We had the best server , Chandler ! It was hard to make a decision but we chose the Bang-Bang Calamari, crab cakes , salmon bites , asparagus, and the Cajun Fried Chicken Entree with Brussel sprouts and Collard Greens .

Our taste buds were excited from the flavor combinations from every dish. Being from Georgia , we can be picky eating Collard Greens outside of the state lol. Well, super impressed !!!!! This restaurant is a gem on the beach of St.Augustine ! The highlight of my visit here .

Service from Kylee was amazing. She made some recommendations and was true to her word. The salmon burger was delicious with the sauce nicely caramelized on it. Brussel sprites as a side dish was also delicious however not spicy at all (was a bit concerned when I saw dátil on the name.) The poke bowl with tuna was amazing and delicious and very fresh and flavorful.

The only reason it’s not getting 5 stars is because I’ve never experienced as long of a wait at a breakfast joint. The prices are average to slightly pricey, the staff was fairly friendly, but the food was absolutely excellent. For the price the quality, quantity, and flavor are very on point. They have good coffee that they leave for you at the table to drink your fill of as you need. Honestly except for the fact that our waitress wasn’t very attentive and the wait was very long for breakfast it was awesome otherwise. The hotel is gorgeous, the bathrooms are wonderful, theres a little guy Harvey outfitter shop right next to the eating area. They also serve fresh squeezed orange juice, we didn’t try it but it looked really good from the table next to us!

I love this restaurant! We stayed here 3 nights and the food was always amazing! From a very reasonably priced delicious breakfast to our wonderful dinners every morsel was better than the next!! The salads, appetizers, entrees, to dessert were each incredibly so good! The fish nugget app was really good. The goat cheese salad was truly phenomenal!! Fish and Shrimp and chips were also perfect! Then the pineapple cheesecake oh my!! The service was friendly and efficient for dinner, breakfast and lunch! Can’t wait to come back to Santiago’s at the Guy Harvey Resort in St. Augustine Beach!! Kudos to all the staff but particularly the chef!!
