Social Profile:

While it might look like a pizza or flatbread, Pinsa di Roma is in a league of its own. Dating back to ancient Rome, the word “Pinsa” comes from the Latin word “pinsere,” meaning “to stretch” by hand. This traditional technique, combined with our unique long-fermentation process, creates a crust that is radically different from your standard dough. Experience the authentic taste of Rome, right here in Post Falls. It’s not just a meal; it’s a centuries-old tradition.

Had the Trevi Fountain with gluten free, it was SOOOOO good! The crust was crispy and cooked to perfection. If you are gluten free don’t wait, go right away 🙂

** my photo isn’t great, but it was absolutely delicious!

Had a wonderful experience. The crust had the right amount of crunch on the bottom and soft chew throughout while the tomato sauce was fresh and light. The kids and adults all enjoyed it. Employees seemed friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to come back soon!

Best pizza I’ve had in years. The crust was crisp on the outside but still soft and chewy. Toppings were great with a variety of choices. The sauce was perfect, and the pizza was generously sized. I’d drive to Post Falls from Spokane again for this pizza. I liked that there were picnic tables to eat at outside and also indoor seating if the weather wasn’t great. We’ll be back!

I visited for the first time on opening weekend. It was a refreshing change from regular “pizza”. I ordered the Colloseum. The crust was great, toppings were tasty and generous, and even the cheese was superior. I have a pretty good appetite and about 3/4 of the pinsa would have been enough for me. A lot of people could probably split one and that makes it a pretty affordable price too. Service was timely and friendly and it is nice to support a local family-owned business. I’ll certainly be back!

I had the colosseum. Pepperoni was delicious. Crispy, light, and not greasy. Toppings were fresh and flavorful. Crust is the best around. Light, crunchy on the outside, not a crust that makes you feel bloated or full. This is my #1 choice for now on. Can’t wait to take my brother when he’s in town.
