We were served by Gracie, who was thoughtful and considerate. The sandwiches are delicious as usual. The new Portella sandwich was nice, and the Bergamo was as great as usual. I tried the Burratina Incantata, which was very flavourful, but could have used a bit of extra pepper kick (they provide pepper shakers on the table, so it’s okay).

Top spot for coffee and brunch in the West End. Gorgeous eatery with excellent coffee, pastries and stunning Italian products. Everything they sell is top quality. The recently introduced brunch / lunch menu has exciting options, big portions and the presentation is spot on.

Incredibly rude wait staff; I assume was the floor manager. Told there are no tables available when there was clearly a place setting available and room on the windows.
Have been coming regularly to Santa Lucia over the years and recommended to others but based on the rude experience will not be returning.
Focaccia used to be a generous size and very much value for money. Since portions have reduced and price has went up.

We were visiting Glasgow for a day trip from Stirling and walked around town. We were hungry and we found this cafe that offered breakfast special. The cook/server was friendly and helpful. The breakfast sandwiches were freshly made and the drinks were good.

Great for lunch, late breakfast or a coffee. Everything is fresh and made perfectly. Our server Jennifer was quick and super helpful and attentive. She kindly helper an elderly customer to store her bag while she ate so that she could enjoy her meal with space around her.
The two paninis we had were prepared fresh and warm on excellently flavoured focaccia. Generous fillings in both with a creamy coleslaw and refreshing salad. The new chef Moe is excellent. All in 2 drinks and 2 large paninis was around £20.

Me and my friend were looking for a snack as we were peckish and we came across the Santa Lucia deli. I was pleased to see they had a gluten free bread for the panini and they delivered such. They also offered two types of salad with the panini! Lovely! However…the service could have been politer. Although, the food arrived fast the waiters tone and approach was rushed and dispassionate. We felt as if we might have been a burden. Unfortunately we also witnessed the assumed supervisor (blonde) micromanage a younger worker (blonde) on the deli floor. It’s unfortunate to see such a work place environment be created, especially in front of customers. Although the food was good and the tunes were unconventional (in a good way) the supervisors attitude has put off a future visit. Sincerely, an ex hospitality worker.

The place is very beautiful and pretty popular. The food is amazing and so fresh! And the prices are fantastic for the massive portions. I have been there quite a few times as the staff are amazing, very friendly and caring!! They will try their best to come up with something on your liking. Caitlin is the waitress who served me every single time I went there and with no doubt she is amazing, and puts heart in her job! She has remembered my order and never has issues with changing stuff on my liking. I 100% recommend this place! And will continue to go back.

Lovely place and good coffee, fantastic antipasto with good quality ingredients. Avoid the focaccia sandwiches – focaccia was stale, dry and cold (was meant to be toasted). Shame really as I love focaccia.
