They’re usually really excellent with food. But yesterday when I ordered from their menu “a la carta” I don’t think this would be too hard for most people to understand a hard taco with ground beef with extra cheese and a soft taco grilled chicken taco with extra cheese. I got both tacos soft one of the ground beef and the other was shredded instead of grilled chicken. And in the photo of my taco yes I added sour cream and guac to it, but you can still see the chicken is shredded. (Not saying it wasn’t bad food it was good it just wasn’t what I ordered and it’s not the first time)

So this was one of my favorite spots. I always get the Fajita Nachos, today they put my food, on a smaller plate than normal..
It’s never on the small plate, the plate was the size portion for a kid.. I tried to make a complaint for the manager and was told he was on a break. They need to do better!!! This is not like them at all!!!

Every time I go and this use to be my favorite spot, now they have nasty attitudes and business has slowed down and I understand why. They are overcharging as well. Charged me $4.00 additional dollars for a kids meal all of a sudden kids meal doesn’t come with a drink bullshit.

I love this restaurant…they have the BEST fried green tomatoes than ANY place in the Metro Jackson area. My food is always fresh and hot. Depending on the server, you may have to ensure your order is completely understood- that’s the one drawback. Their food is consistently good…my husband orders the ribeye, and he has no complaints. You can’t beat the cost either even though the prices have increased some due to the way the economy is. Like I said, I love this Sante Fe in Ridgeland, MS.

The restaurant itself is well maintained and very clean-however, the waitress at the bar is extremely rude and acts as if she can’t be bothered with you. I inquired about a special that was posted outside the restaurant and she merely shrugged her shoulders. Despite that, I ordered a margarita and she completely disregarded what I had asked for. Won’t be back.

I ordered FAJITA Chimichanga, had a choice of chicken or steak. I said beef, they brought out a hamburger meat one with no veggies. I sent it back and they sent out another one with veggies but hamburger meat. I pointed out that I ordered the Fajita meat, beef. The waitress got the manager. I pointed out that I told her Fajita that is not the hamburger meat. At this point every one else had finished so I had mine in a to go box. Guess I will eat it tomorrow. Hard to explain Fajita beef and hamburger beef is different.

The food was amazing, and the waiter was awesome. Very friendly and attentive, I order the “Grande Burrito”, which was a nice size portion and absolutely delicious. The chips and salsa was not only warm and delicious enough to hold me over till the entree came out. I definitely recommend Santa Fe Grill for delicious, authentic Mexican food. Mouth watering, definitely worth it, just overall great place to eat.

Food was pretty good. I removed a star because of the fried mushrooms, they were not seasoned at all! But the 1/2 portion of chicken nachos were delicious! I lettuce and tomatoes are extra charges, but not much, $1 per item. I will definitely return!
