We were greeted with happy, friendly smiles, seated within minutes… our waiter, Zach, was THE BOMB!! He took excellent care of us, making sure our drinks were never empty, brought us hot rolls with the incredible cinnamon butter. All 4 of us loved our meal!!! I only got 2 pictures, because the others were hungry and didn’t give me a chance to take pictures lol lol we will for sure be back!!

Not the normal experience we have, deleted review so I could repost but man and to pay for as well was the icing on the cake. 100 bucks. Mangers knew and tried to fix it. There was no fixing this. After 2 plus hours I was just ready to go. First time around-Dried ribs, dried chicken breats over cooked steaks wrong Stuff on Big A salad, cold pasta not bake potatoes at 530PM but the hamburger was good according to my mother inlaw along with the sweet potatoe. Second time around everything was still dry and over cooked and tasted like propane. But the salad was right. Wouldn’t even take it home to the dogs. Picture are what we left

Love the southwest grilled shrimp! And if the rolls had a slight sweetness to them, they would be better than golden chick rolls. Batter on the okra is not too heavy either. Delicious!

Food was excellent our service not so good Hostess seemed like she was higher than a kite. The waitress kept rushing us from the moment we sat down. We had to tell her 3 times that we needed a few minutes to look over the menu. And then she brought our check out as soon as we got our food. We were trying to enjoy a date night and have a couple drinks and maybe dessert but it didn’t seem to be an option.

I stopped in on a visit from out of state, and man was I disappointed. I ordered medium, making sure this meant warm, and the butter I paid extra for wasn’t even melted on top of it. After an internal struggle, I did end up sending it back, and it came back without the butter, and not much warmer at all. The ‘sautéed’ mushrooms were just warmed up canned mushrooms. This meal was not close to worth the price.

We went just now for my daughter’s bday and it was awful all around. The waitress seemed nice enough. We told her it was my daughter’s bday and we weren’t offered a dessert. My mom received raw chicken. Raw. Chicken (grilled). My mom didnt complain just asked if it could be cooked again. The manager took it. Everyone was done with their food before my mom got her replacement.
The catfish my husband got was slimy so he literally didnt eat any.
My mom was not only charged full price for her meal but was not even offered an apology for having raw chicken that the kitchen forgot initially to remake. We have never experienced this here, but we don’t plan to experience it again. I cannot believe an apology wasn’t even offered. Someone could get sick from that and my mom is a cancer patient so she ended up having to leave before she could eat since they took so long and she was in too much pain to stay.
This is Sunday evening. We arrived at 4:30pm.

1st time here very smoky all throughout. we were seated quickly but sat for nearly 20 minutes before acknowledged by wait staff who then asked us to wait a bit more because she had to do something for another party. We ended up leaving before ordering because we would be late to a movie had we ordered.

Four guests. First guest had the Big A salad which was good. Second guest had Bubba Chicken Fried steak that was served slightly above room temperature, lukewarm mashed potatoes and cold gravy. Third guest had sirloin ordered medium well and it was well done. Fourth guest had shrimp that was good.
Had to get server’s attention to get drink refills.
Salads were requested with no onions. Had onions. Salads arrived less than two minutes of main course arrival. Salads took a long time to arrived. Asked the server about the delay. Said they were coming. When main course arrived right after the salads, the server’s excuse was, “The salad kitchenwas different than the steak kitchen.” Maybe they should talk to each other.
Will not be returning to this SantaFe.
