A very good friend of mine drove me 40 minutes from my college to here, and I was amazed that I have lived my life without ever stepping foot in Santa Fe Burrito Grill. I’ve been in Franklin for a very long time and one of my go to spots is Santa Fe but I had a very unpleasant experience yesterday 12/22 around 5pm. I haven’t been to Santa Fe in a while and they got new staff and the new staff is rather rude. Specifically the two women in charge of the cold toppings last night. It was rather busy with online orders but they now have a new section only for online orders so why did it take almost 10 minutes for me to be served when there was only one person ahead of me? Now onto the two women on cold toppings last night; I am a white woman who happened to be completely fluent in Portuguese and these women were speaking in Portuguese, great not my issue. But in Portuguese to customers faces they made fun of them, what was in their bowl, and complained about working there. There was a young lady ahead of me and the women closer to the meats was blandly making fun of her to her face in Portuguese while the other lady laughed. I worked in food service and this behavior is unacceptable and I can’t believe they’re allowed to interact with customers. Took all of me to not say anything to their faces and I hope they find work elsewhere.

Got hungry when passing through Franklin….a cousin recommended this Mexican restaurant. I was served with a delicious burrito…I really loved it. They also have bowls, and nachos with fresh ingredients. I liked it here because the food is moderately priced. They also give generous portions and the service is quick .

This is a takeout review. All food is eaten promptly in the vehicle. I had an Al Pastor burrito and a carnitas nacho. The large amount of food was very filling and even better was extremely tasty. And it wasn’t just filters, there was plenty of meat. Great flavor throughout and many friendly, helpful people behind the counter. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 8.3.

I’ve been a customer since I moved to MA three years ago but I hadn’t ordered online until yesterday. I was so easy and my pick up time was on point. My order was exact and everybody loved the food and the portion sizes! I highly recommend Santa Fe in Franklin. The service, the food, and the cleanliness are all top notch!!
