Love this place! Very authentic food and for their price you get huge servings. And the Salsa is appropriate to the spice level as labeled and has texture with chopped up veggies- not the watery “soup” that’s left over after eating all the salsa . One of my faves is their housemate chips and guac-yum!!

Love Santa Ana’s! Me and my husband come here for the Carne asada fries, and california burritos! May be a bit pricey but definitely worth it. All the workers are friendly.

Restaurant appears to clean. My customer service was great! Staff was very friendly. I have been here four times now. My food was hot and tasted delicious. The Jamaica drink is off the chain. I love it. The fried fish dinner is sooo good.

Couple months my review wasn’t that good because of customer service but it has def changed sm I love their tacos de tripa, I tried the California Burrito and I’m not a breakfast burrito type of person but their bacon egg and cheese was DELICIOSO!!!! Last night went there. Got a #16. Got to window. She didn’t take my order. Had to wait 10 15 at window for food. Got lettuce and tomatoes instead of rice and beans. So I will be in today for refund or something. Food is good. Change review. If next time order is correct. Next time checking before I drive away.

I would like to address the highly unprofessional behavior of Vanessa, the employee in charge of meal preparation. She made disrespectful remarks about my boyfriend in Spanish, assuming that because he appears Caucasian, we would not understand. She referred to him as gay, stated that he had not come out of the closet, and laughed about it with the other staff members. This conduct was completely inappropriate and unacceptable. I will not be returning to this establishment.

First time trying their food today. Ordered an egg, cheese and bean burrito. Was charged extra for rice in the burrito that I didn’t order but no biggie. Flavors were really good, unfortunately I couldn’t finish it because there were large pieces of eggshell throughout the whole thing. There was no line, just me.

Im beyond disappointed with this service today. I come here All of the time and normally dont have a problem when the girls are working but today we went in to get breakfast burritos. We ordered 3 burritos 1 egg ham and cheese, the 2 was supposed to be egg ham cheese and beans, the 3 is supposed to be bacon egg cheese and ham. The guy had a hard time understanding us so he has us pull up to the window and we ordered again the same 3 burritos. I get home and the ham egg and cheese was correct but the other 2 werent. The one with beans egg and cheese was missing the ham even though it was written on the outside of the paper the burrito is wrapped in. I call to have them correct the burrito and was instantly told I was wrong and that we didnt order it with ham only with eggs cheese and beans. I tried to tell him multiple times that we did order it correctly because they even wrote on there beans and ham but didnt put the ham. The guy was so rude and after 5 mins of telling me im wrong finally tells me there is no manager and he cant do anything then hangs up.

First time eating here the food is authentic and the taste is absolutely delicious. Definitely will be back the best is they sell a smaller portion of Carne asada fries.
