I’m going to start by saying g the flavor of their teriyaki is very good. Now when it comes to portions they seem to be very skimpy with the protein on more days it seems. I think they can do better and give more meat on these plate. I’m a woman and I don’t even eat a lot but as soon as I pick up the plate I can eat well how light it feels. My plate today mostly had rice which I barely eat. Please you guys have good tasing teriyaki but give more protein/meat on these dishes.

I’m ordered a tofu pepperyaki plate as first time. Most of people didn’t notice that tofu plate was on the menu. By the way, it’s good price $9 and taste is good & flavor!! I recommend anyone who wants to try a tofu pepperyaki plate:)

This will be my first and last here. Customer service was horrible. You can clearly see that neither one of those workers wants to be there. Cashier was not friendly and the cook was lazy. We ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl and waited for 30 minutes. Everyone else that came after me got their orders first!!! I went up to the counter and ask how much longer and she said just a few more minutes????? Waited another 10 minutes and I told her forget it. I’ll take my refund. Cashier was mad so she just refunded me my money back and till this day I’m still waiting for my refund!!! Talk about 3 weeks later! Shame on you guys!

I order the sansei bowl the chicken didn’t have no flavor inside. No seasoning and they basically threw orange chicken sauce over and top was sesame seeds. My friend order the teriyaki beef with shrimp and hers was very salty..they didn’t bother to taste the food to notice it was salty. The side veggies has no flavor either. Total meal cost $55 couldn’t get my money’s worth. They could have done a better job but I’m not surprised. An Mexican guy and white dude works there as the chef. That’s something.

I had the chicken with shrimp served on some chow menu style noodles. On my second time trying them, I had their chicken and white rice. It was delicious and hearty enough to save for the next days lunch.
If you feel like having chow mein, this place is a must have.

Customer service was HORRIBLE
This is My 3rd time here and it’s the same with the cashiers. I don’t think they like their job. They are very rude the cashier asked every time I order “ARE YOU DONE” and after she poured my drink she placed it by her cash register where I had to reach over to grab it.
I seen her just pushed another customers to them.
The girl who helped me was young with glasses.
We waited about 20 minutes for our order
We went up and asked if our order was on the counter she stated it was not ours so we waited and waited just for her to check the bag and yell out our number.
I will never come here again!!!!!!

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while now with my wife but decided to go on my own before taking her. Im glad I didnt take her because its not good at all. Panda is WAY better. Same price as Panda but quality is terrible compared to it. I got the sesame chicken bowl and I’ve had better. I get it’s a little place in a mall so I shouldn’t have extremely high expectations like an actual restaurant, but I was at least hoping it was good and it wasnt. Im glad I finally tried it but while eating it I was regretting paying for it when I could have had Panda for the same price and would have enjoyed it.

I had a really disappointing experience at this place recently. The girl at the register was incredibly rude, which immediately set a bad tone. To make matters worse, after the poor service, I was given an unreasonably long wait time, which felt like a tactic to discourage me from ordering. I’m honestly baffled how employees like this are still working there. They’re giving the business a bad name and definitely making customers like me not want to return. The food is good just the customer service if horrible!!!!!!

I love the teriyaki chicken over chow mein instead of the traditional way they serve it with rice. Oh and extra sauce is a must! It’s so delicious and it comes together so well I love the crunch of the egg rolls too. Delicious food, some say it depends on what you get but I’ve had the pepperyaki tofu and enjoyed it all the same.
