Michael is literally the BEST for healthy meal preps. I have horrible food allergies (sesame, all nuts, shrimp, lobster, crab) and have had tons of people promise me I can eat their food but end up having a reaction. Michael is truly the only one who ever stood by his word. I was even able to eat hummus for the first time because he made it for me without sesame!! He made healthy eating so fun- I would come home and literally not be able to decide if I wanted to dive into the fresh salmon or the baked turkey meatballs. If you want healthy, yummy meal preps HE IS YOUR MAN. Thanks Michael!!!!!!

From the Chicken and Waffles for a Mom Brunch to the dreamiest, cheesiest Mac and Cheese for Thanksgiving, I can only say you never are never hungry and you just crave more.
