Nice cafe with a nice breakfast menu. Cafe tastes good. Food was also fine. Unfortunately there is no porcelain for in-house consumption. The plastic bag? which serves as a plate is so small that eating is difficult. Service is very friendly. Guy’s you have so great ingredients and food…avoid making so much trash! Sustainability is key in 2026!! Go for it! You will make it!

Sano is a new café connected to an Amazon office, and it has a warm, welcoming vibe from the moment you walk in. The space is bright with plenty of natural light, lots of plants, and a modern, clean design that feels refreshing. The baristas are friendly and attentive, which makes the experience even better.

They don’t use any special or single-origin beans, but the coffee is still good and well-prepared. Seating is comfortable and well laid out, making it a nice spot to work, chat with friends, or take a break. While the coffee is solid, they’re actually more well-known for their food, which has a fresh and flavorful touch.

Paid parking is available nearby, and the location is convenient for both office workers and casual visitors. Overall, it’s a bright, stylish spot worth checking out—especially if you’re here for a meal with a good cup of coffee on the side.

my man CHASE. been coming here for a bit but never write these things, figure its about time. Chase’s energy completely transforms the vibe of the shop. He’s incredibly prompt, always has a pleasant demeanor, and brings a smooth, relaxing but efficient vibe. I enjoy the matcha magic drinks and i really like the partnership sano has with them, but i prefer to get it here vs the og MM shops because of the vibez from Chase and his crew.

New health cafe in Bellevue, super conveniently located. The cortado was great but they don’t serve in glassware, only take away cups. The egg toast is more of a quick bite, size is small-ish for a breakfast substitute.

Thought this was an environmental friendly place since their sign on the street said something about not drinking out of plastic. But they only have plastic utensils and no plates. You eat in but get it in a to go box. Had an avocado toast and the bread was very dry and probably the worst toast I have had. Not super bad just meeh. The whole place seemed a bit half assed.

The food and service here are always top notch. Hailey and Brian in particular always have a smile on their face when I walk in. The avocado toast is my personal favorite these days. Love their coffees too – the Mexican vanilla in particular is really yummy. It would be nice though if they had more variety in their coffee selections and as a heathy cafe, posting nutritional info with their dishes would be super helpful.

Pleasantly surprised by this cafe on the first floor of Amazon Everest building. I tried the acai bowl and it was super good. A generous amount of acai with amazing granola and fresh fruits. I will definitely come here when I’m craving acai bowl. The service was very friendly and the place looks great. The only downside is slightly limited seating.

I have come to Sano on several occasions and have always had an amazing experience! The food and all the hand crafted espresso and drinks are amazing! I want to specifically call out the staff specifically Hailey, Brian and Diego for always being super helpful and always giving a pleasant customer service experience! They are all very friendly and super eager to help! The overall atmosphere and the quality and attention to detail has made me a forever customer!

Paid $20+ for a banana matcha latte and cloud smoothie only for the banana matcha latte to be bitter made with unripe bananas and unripe bananas in the smoothie as well 🙁

If you’re sensitive to latex, I highly recommend you avoid this place since they use unripe bananas. Research shows that unripe bananas are much higher in specific proteins called chitinases. These are defense proteins the plant uses to protect itself while the fruit is developing. The Problem is that these proteins are structurally almost identical to the proteins found in natural rubber latex. If you have a latex sensitivity (even a mild one you might not know about), your immune system can mistake the proteins in a green banana for latex. Thus, as a banana ripens, these specific chitinase proteins break down and change form, often making them “invisible” to your immune system by the time the banana is yellow and spotted (ripe).

So, if you’re going to charge $14 for a smoothie, hopefully you use ripe bananas next time 🙂

Food is good, but expensive and service is slow on drinks. I think they’re going for a more laid-back feeling, but 10 minutes for a drink with no one else in line is a bit crazy.
I got a matcha and it was very milk-heavy and not very flavorful, but the sweetness was perfect.

EDIT: Based on a second visit (not on the house), I would have to keep my review as-is. I ordered another matcha latte (slightly stronger) and the drink was extremely watery.
