Visited this south Indian restaurant for lunch. Tried Chettinad Potato here along with idli and dosa. All the items tasted very good.
Price is on the higher side considering the locality. But once in a while you can visit for having south Indian food in Kalyani Nagar area. They also have saffron restaurant along side with serves north Indian food as well.
Service is prompt and quick. Ambiance is very nice, suited for family crowd as well.
Overall, a good place to try out for south Indian food.

Had an amazing experience at Sankalp! As I am big fan of South Indian foodThe ambiance is warm, and the staff is super polite and attentive.

Tried Unzhundhu Bombs, Spooky Dosa Roll, Sankalp Special Idli, Hare Bhare Kebab, Malabar Parotta with Kurma, Uttapam, and Kesari Halwa—everything was fresh and flavorful!

The Pina Colada was refreshing, and their Filter Coffee was the perfect way to end the meal.

They have more options like rice, biryani, south indian thali dosa platters etc..Don’t misss to try out their Dessert.

Loved their unique dishes and, of course, their Guinness World Record 4ft Dosa is a must-try! Highly recommend this place for authentic South Indian food.

Amazing South Indian Experience at Sankalp, Kalyani Nagar!

I recently visited Sankalp Restaurant in Kalyani Nagar and had an absolutely delightful experience. The ambiance is clean, cozy, and perfect for a relaxed meal. I tried their Spooky Dosa, Medu Vada, Kekari Biryani, Mysore Masala Dosa, Bagar Idli, Telangana Aloo, Masala Boondi, Panch Varam Uttapam, and Special Idli – each dish had its own unique flavor and authenticity.

The staff was courteous, service was quick, and the food presentation was on point. If you’re a fan of South Indian cuisine, this place is a must-visit. Bonus: Sankalp holds a Guinness World Record for the longest dosa – how cool is that?

Highly recommended for both family meals and foodie hangouts!

Recently discovered that Sankalp, a well-known South Indian restaurant chain, opened a new branch in my area—had no idea it was so popular until I visited with a friend who follows a pure vegetarian Jain diet. This place offers a great variety of Jain-friendly options, which is a big plus!

The ambience is top-notch, very clean and well-maintained—perfect for a relaxed meal. I ordered the Dosa Platter, which came with three different types of dosa, along with five types of chutneys and sambar—everything was flavorful and well-presented.

One of the highlights is their signature paan served after the meal, which was a unique and refreshing touch.

Located in a prime area, it’s definitely a great place to visit, whether you’re a fan of South Indian food or looking for good vegetarian options. Highly recommended!

Today we thought to try south indian stuff therefore headed towards Sankalp Restaurant which is at kalyani Nagar and open few months before. They have complete floor divided by south and northern food. In Sankalp they serve south indian delicacy and in Safroon they serve north indian food. We ordered dosa platter in which three mini dosas were served one was with vegetables, second was with paneer and third was with pudi loaded with ghee. Then we ordered their pannchvarth uthappa in which we have five type of mini uthappa. Carrot, capsicum, onion, palak which was also loaded with ghee. Also they have four different types of chutney, coconut, green medium spicy, tomato and last one was south indian but all they have different taste. Finally we concluded with casatta icecream overall it was fulfilling meal.
