I had an amazing experience at Sankalp Mississauga! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. Every dish had that authentic Indian taste that’s hard to find elsewhere.

Great taste if you are having South Indian food.
We had tried 3 different types of dosa and one uttapam. Also had Idli and Medu vada.
Especially we like the chutney they serve additional with the food.
Also, had one complementary drink was delicious.
Overall good experience.

I don’t recommend North Indian food at all at this place. I did visited this location in past and dosa was over priced but I did like taste personally…Today I did order few North Indian dishes with nan and roti and it was worse food I have tested. Its too salty and small portion for the price it getting charged. All curries are same by taste just name is different. Not to forget it cost same as some high end restaurants.

Chettinad dosa 3/5
Meduvada – 5/5 perfectly crisp and soft from inside
The filling was less in my dosa so I asked for more and staff was kind enough to take care of it. Service and taste was nice though so it was worth it.
Also the sitting arrangement is suitable for any group and spacious. Would definitely recommend this place to visit.

Very good service, staff was polite and diligent. Food was average, I had a vada pav – I’d give it a 4/5 (was served a reheated vada pav. I also had Onion rava masala – I’m being generous in giving it a 3/5 – the masala filling used in the dosa was below average, dosa was good.

We were group of more than 5 people, service was extremely slow, there were only 2 people for entire area, if we have to order something, we needed to wait for 10 minutes, waiter says he will be there in a 2 minutes, the other who took our order mostly talking with their familiar customers, not providing any attentions even after calling him couple times and acknowledgimg. Ambience/atmosphere was super dead, low lights, AC was ON, requested 3 times to turn up the heat, no music and it was like war like peace there, multiple times requested to turn on music.
And the main area
FOOD – ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, JAIN/ SWAMINARAYAN FOOD WAS TERRIBLE, I ORDERED uttapa, which was half ripped, starters smell not freshly cooked, regular punjabi sabji was also average, not that hot, ordered soup as well which was not fresh. Taste was HORRIBLE.
I requested and talk to guy there, he was like let me check with cook, and he never came back with anything, instead he was mostly talking with his familiar customer in corner, not providing any attentions to us.
And Sankalp charges premium too, for 5 plus people our bill was near $200, if we compare it with any normal restaurants, they would have better food with reasonable prices.
Couple years back, I used to go to Sankalp every fortnight, but now no more – won’t suggest anyone, I will or anyone in my big social circle won’t be going there ever!

Not a great experience. To start Pani puri was really good. Coffee was okay. Paneer dosa and Rava dosa looked crispy but quality was lacking. Too much oil and the the quality of oil felt odd. Almost like reused oil. Potato masala didn’t taste fresh.

I was excited to try Sankalp for the very first time and it was all worth it. Let’s start with the best part that the sambar had authentic taste and the same taste as the one in India ♥️ . The flavors felt so authentic, I felt like I am not missing my country and can have same experience here. The staff is so welcoming and ready to help. I loved the crockery those silver utensils got my heart!!
