We visited almost at closing time and still staff took the orders with a smile. Staff were friendly and food was good. Their chutney tray and sambar vessel was unique with good taste as well. Mini Idly was soft and chicken was also good.

I’ve had takeout from Sankalp Springfield twice now, and both times the food has been absolutely top-notch. Fresh, full of flavour, and consistently well made. The service has also been excellent. I believe it was the manager who handed over our order, and he was kind enough to offer us a seat in the dining area while we waited, since the queue was quite long. We ordered a couple of drinks while waiting and really enjoyed the ambience. The restaurant is spacious, welcoming, and located in an area with plenty of parking, which makes the whole experience even better.
Overall, great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. Definitely recommend!

Tried both South and North Indian dishes, and honestly, everything’s been really good.
The idli was next level — so soft and fluffy, it felt like a dream! It was so light, I pretty much forgot I ate it before it even hit my stomach
All jokes aside, always a great time here with awesome food. Definitely worth checking out!

Had a wonderful dining experience at Sankalp Restaurant. We ordered Hara Bhara Kebab, Cheese Butter Masala, naan, roti, and buttermilk, and everything was absolutely delicious.
The kebabs were crispy on the outside and soft inside, full of flavour. The cheese butter masala was rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced, pairing really well with the fresh naan and rotis. The buttermilk was refreshing and complemented the meal nicely.
Great food quality, authentic taste, and good service. Highly recommended!

We had a special occasion tonight and had dinner at Sankalp. 10 guests and 4 kids. And the team handled it so well. Extremely friendly and amazing service. Food was delicious and came out on time. They even went the extra mile to play a song in the background to celebrate while the cake cutting was happening. We thoroughly enjoyed the night. Thank you again and we will surely return.

This used be a good place but now it has been dropped its standard. We had family dinner there last night and sambhar felt like frozen and reheat, they are now stop giving it in to their signature bowl and dhosa were okay. They have also removed a bell and you can’t call staff and they won’t bother to come around and ask. I we had ordered curry and naan and it came after we finished dhosa which took 20 minutes already and waited for another 20 minutes. Kids didn’t even eat because came too late. Lassie were drinking sweet chaas, it was really bad. Customer service was okay not rude, it didn’t feel welcoming.
