We stopped by Sang’s Kitchen while shopping at the supermarket, and it ended up being a great find. We ordered the fried dumplings, which were crispy and full of flavor.

I had the spicy chicken cupbap, and it was excellent, easily one of my favorite dishes from this visit. The flavors were well balanced, and the spice level was just right. My wife ordered the spicy seafood ramen and really enjoyed it. The broth was rich, flavorful, and satisfying.

The service was great. The lady who helped us was friendly and welcoming. Seating is shared with other food spots in the area, but the tables were clean and the space felt comfortable. Overall, everything we tried was delicious, and I would definitely come back if I’m in the area again.

Food quality is not the same anymore. I used to come here all the time. But now it just doesn’t taste the same especially the bento box. And don’t buy the food that’s been sitting there. Just order it again. It’s gonna cost you the same. And last thing don’t ask for her for a to-go box lol. She will charge you and give you attitude.

Sang’s kitchen offers dine in meal and to-go bento boxes. They also have bottle drinks. I usually get takoyaki and bulgogi rice bento. Love the flavorful and the portion. Great for next day lunch.

It’s located inside food court so many tables and places to sit. It gets crowded during lunch time.

The staff is always nice and friendly. Quick line to pay and out on the way.

– $8 fried dumplings 8 pieces – didnt have the ingredients on label but I assumed they were meat filled. They werre noodle filled. Was very bummed as $8 is not worth that price
– $8 still fry vermicelli aka jap chae – it was a bit salty. Not much to review for this item either

Lots of the review mention attitude. Although I didnt have it happen to me, I did notice that she was rude to the customer in front of me.

The prepared food laid out looks enticing but a bit pricey for the amount. This is not one of the recommended spots in this Hmart food court.

Sang’s is one of the restaurants in Little Ferry Hmart’s food court. They have a variety of Korean dishes including Ramen, bulgogi, teriyaki, bento box, hot dog, corn dogs and few more. They also have prepackaged ready to go dishes in front of the counter. Looks really pretty and colorful.

I tried the spicy korean seafood. They put plenty of shrimp, mussels, clams, squid in the ramen. The suloip is really spicy. Overall a good ramen.

I bought the prepackaged takoyaki and bunch of onigiri. I liked them more than the ramen. Takoyaki was still warm and soft, tasted excellent. The onigiri was soft with a crunchy layer of seaweed wrapped around.

I enjoyed Sang’s a lot, will probably buy meals from them when we go for Hmart shopping.

I’ve gotten the bento here before which wasn’t so bad. But I got the spam musbi today and the rice was so salty. Like it burned going down. The spam is plenty salty so there is no need to add that much salt to the rice. Thinnest egg I’ve ever seen in a musbi. No joke like 90% of it is unbearably salty rice. Idk if it’s always this salty or someone made a mistake in the recipe today.

I’ve always noticed Sang’s Kitchen when checking out at Hmart because they have a nice variety of pre-made food. They also have snacks like onigiri, and Korean corn dogs. We decided to grab a quick lunch at the food court one Saturday at around 2. Hubby ordered from here and got the spicy chicken bento box. For $15, it was totally worth it. There was so much food. I ended up eating more of his meal than my own. It came with chicken stir-fried with veggies, rice, salad, fish cake, a gyoza, cabbage pancake (this was the worst item because it was dry and mealy), japchae, miso soup, and a side of banchan of pickled daikon and the yellow pickled daikon. The chicken was flavorful, and they use dark meat, which I prefer. It was a pretty sizeable portion. Even after we both ate a good amount, we still had some leftovers.

Sang’s Kitchen seems like a great place for a grab and go (haven’t tried this yet), but don’t sleep on their freshly made bento boxes! Especially if you’re hungry!

Looks so small hot dog and not franchise they copy the franchise name. Even they warp with very cheap paper plate instead of jongro hot dog holder. When my kids eat the inside and outside of hot dog were all separated. So they have to hold with there hands. Don’t go. Very bad service and food plus very mean cashier. Don’t go. They copied the name. All fake

Bought the Ramen hotdog and the Fried Dumplings today because these are 2 of my favorite foods.

The dumplings were delicious and cooked just at the right crispiness for me. (That’s my preference.) The dumplings come with pickled radish and little squares of something pickled. Both on the side, and I ate them both.

The Ramen hotdog seems like a regular hotdog. (Nothing wrong with that.) But the coating of fried Ramen really gives this dog it’s fun experience. Surprisingly enough, it did not make the mess I thought it would from biting into it.

The woman working the register was polite and patient with our order and explained exactly how long I would need to wait, as each item cooks for different lengths of time.

I will be back to try the Ramen hotdog and possibly other hotdogs here, Maybe the dumplings too as they were good, but not unique looked the hotdog.

I was charged for 2 Takoyaki, when I bought only one. Be very careful when you are buying multiple items (receipt attached) from here to Go. Skip it
