While visiting Portland for the day on business I Googled “Best Breakfast Sandwich to Go” in Portland Area. This mobile eatery was 1st on the list and I found out why. EXCELLENT dang breakfast sandwiches, that’s why! I had the Combo which includes Egg and cheese Bfast sandwich on an english Muffin, hash brown (Super crispy and pillowy inside) and coffee (Lay Day Roasters). I added Spam, Pickled Onions and Garlic Chili Mayo which was the winning choice. You know it’s made with well sourced ingredients when you can taste every element and it tastes super fresh and not muddled, yes even the Spam. Seriously, I am a fan all day of this guy and his sandwich kingdom on wheels. If you are hankering for a killer Bfast sandwich, you should make this your spot forever. Oh and the prices are great too.

Listen— they really are that good. Just go get yourself one of these suckers so that you can know what it’s like. Trust me you want this. There are things you can do on this Earth as a human being, countless, some of them you shouldn’t, others you really should. Go get yourself a sandwich at Sandwiches. These suckers don’t feed your belly, they feed your soul. Absolutely best breakfast sandwich in town. Making it fresh so expect to wait a minute. Nice patio seating or get it to go. We always take our sandwiches down the the beach. They stay so hot! Love that they have spam!
