Employee/owner was amazing! He offered great recommendations right away as well as suggestions for our toddler to eat. While we waited, he brought out complementary drinks for all 3 of us, as well as a cookie decorating kit to keep our toddler entertained for free! When he brought our sandwiches out, he also brought us free refills of the jasmine tea he first gave us! Along with our sandwiches, he gave us a bag of apples, mini bananas, a box of cookies, and as we were leaving, 2 boxes of wafer cookies for FREE. This place is more than generous, they have an extremely kind and friendly attitude, and we’ll be back if we’re ever in the area again!

There are plenty of menu options from Bahn mi, traditional sandwiches, soups, and more! There are also snacks and drinks to grab at any time of the day. This shop is mainly take-out, so indoor or patio dining is currently unavailable.
I usually order the Bahn Mi sandwiches and sometimes the croissant sandwiches, which all have fresh ingredients. The prices are reasonable, the food is satisfying and filling, and you can add more veggies, protein, or other toppings to the sandwiches. I appreciate the complimentary iced tea and snack bag with each order!
The staff is friendly and quickly prepares orders. The kind gentlemen will bring your orders if you’re waiting in the car. I haven’t been disappointed with any of the food. Happy to support local!

As a long time customer, I’m shocked it’s taken me this long to write this review. I’ve been going to Sandwich House since they opened and I was taking some classes over at the local college. They’ve changed so much over the years but the food and the service continues to be top notch! I was bummed to learn that they are strictly to-go orders only because the owners are the sweetest and elevated the experience of coming here since the start. Even though they can only do to-go orders, they still continue to provide the very best level of service and food.
If you are looking to support a local business, I high recommend this spot! Best sandwiches and pho in town!

This owners of this local family owned shop are easily the nicest people in the whole world. I visited this shop from out of state based on a suggestion of a friend, and it completely blew us away. The food was amazing-you can taste the freshness of the ingredients, and the pride and love of the craft the owners put in.
While we were waiting, we noticed the owner talking to other guests, and making sure everyone was comfortable, and just so genuine and nice.
Worth the drive for, and definitely worth returning for, I will visit this shop every time I’m in the area.

Well, this place has it all. Charm, hospitality, and people who really care about the product they serve.
Had an absolutely awesome first time experience(certainly won’t be the last) with Vu(owner) today. Ordered the house special banh mi and was served a perfectly assembled made to order sandwich – the bread was fantastic, the pate obviously made in house, and the sandwich came with the perfect amount of heat.
Quenched it all down with their in-house jasmine tea which was complimentary as a first timer.
Vu understands what keeps customers coming back. Will absolutely support this small business, keep up the good work yall.

I found this place on my way home from work. So glad I stopped by! The food tastes amazing and fresh. I told the staff it was my first time here, they gave me great recommendations and I opted for the number 5. I was not disappointed and can’t wait to go back again! The staff were extremely helpful and polite, great food and great service!

Amazing customer service, the man working here was so nice and made sure I had everything I needed! I bought three sandwiches for my siblings and I and we all loved them, nothing was too much or too little. I was also given two free teas and bananas. Overall amazing experience, I’ll be coming back!

Service was great, the owner was very nice and personable. The bbq pork banh mi and iced coffee was decent. I really wanted to like this place but 17$ for a banh mi with very little meat and a iced coffee thats mostly ice is a difficult sell when there’s so many banh mi shops in OC.

Have been twice. Each time had to wait 20min outside for cold sandwich( no other customers each time). Very little meat. Bought can of coffee which was expired. Won’t be back. The man was nice offered snacks but would rather have a quick sandwich and no crazy wait times.
