For those of you who saw Pennsylvania Pencil’s one star review, and pictures of a dirty mop closet( because hey! They actually clean!) Let Me SHOW YOU what Sandwich Factory looks like… Behind the counter. Take a look: Looks pretty good to me! Mop closets are dirt, at any restaurant. Show me a clean mop closet and I will show you a dirty kitchen.

When I asked why I was charged more than the amounts on the menu sign, I was informed that they had just changed the prices, but hadn’t updated the signs yet. I don’t believe that charging more than a posted price is even legal. Quite frankly, the sandwich and fries were barely worth the original posted price. Won’t be back.

I ordered 2 subs. Both of them when I got home had nothing on them. I ordered the all cheese it only came with cheese and bread. The super sub was the other it also came with only meat. Nothing else. The staff working was very nice. When I got home and called they said someone else would have to call me the next day. Apparently that is there new policy. I also ordered sides total bill was 55.00. We didn’t eat the sandwich’s waste of money. And the sides were okay but not as good without the sandwich’s. I still have yet to hear from anyone. This is from the Austintown location. The store said I could bring them back. But they were closing in 10 minutes and I couldn’t make it back. I waited 45 minutes for my food and it was literally a waste of 55.00

My husband went in to order dinner for myself and our kiddos after working a 12hr shift. Brought home the food after waiting almost 40 minutes for two sandwiches and fries. He waited a good 15-20 minutes until he was told the workers shut the fryers off and it would be an additional wait time. He said never mind about the fries and walked out. Here I am, trying to eat a sandwich that was made completely wrong (mayo instead of oil and vinegar??) just to take a bite and find a long blonde hair inside of my sandwich. No receipt was provided for a refund. Absolutely disgusted to the point I threw up. Sandwich factory has gone to complete garbage. Don’t support this business.

this place most definitly has some of the best subs in the area! in my experience, it has always been clean and the staff are relatively friendly. food can take up to ten minutes, but its worth the wait.

What a joke of night time staff. All of them were rude. I went in 10 minutes to close and ordered a giant and a half of turkey and cheese. Both super easy to make so I could be out before they closed. They totally screwed up both. I asked for mayo, lettuce and pickles. I got vinegar, oil, onion and lettuce. I’m allergic to onion so I had to throw my while giant away. They didn’t listen about any of the topping on the half either. They rushed us out and didn’t listen to a word I said. They were to lazy to even cut the sub. I will be contacting management in the morning. I’m out $18 over shitty staff

Didn’t realize when you order a chicken tender sub that that’s all I’d be getting. Where’s my lettuce, tomato and mayo that should be on there. Seriously you had one job to do. The prices have gone up drastically and people are spending their hard earned money, the least you could do is get it correct. When I called to ask for a credit the next time I’m in, I’m told the owner’s policy is that they have to have the sub back in their hands to offer another one or credit towards your next purchase. Seriously I live 20 away so now you want me to drive 20 minutes back to the store and then 20 minutes back home. What a crook.

I came here for a quick bite to eat between my softball games and was highly impressed. The place was well-kept and clean and my sandwich was amazing. It might’ve just been how hungry I was but the bread was so fresh, the chicken was great, and the other toppings made it perfect. The prices were also great especially since you get such a large sandwich. I know in the picture I’ve attached it doesn’t seem like there was anything on the sandwich but it really did taste great.

I’m giving them 4 stars for trying but they were extremely slow I’m not even that guy I’m just saying they were extremely slow they only had two adults and three kids in there and it took almost 40 minutes for them to make me some kind of Italian sub for my wife and a tender with fries basket
